That gives each
teacher only 3 hrs
of support per
school year
3 different teachers
every day

GPPS needs at
least 4 dedicated
TIs
2 dedicated to 7-12
2 dedicated to K-6

1 of the 4 will
coordinate the
other 3 and
facilitate larger PD
for larger tech
rollouts.

7. Why we need it
There are teachers
that do not where
to get started
We do not offer a
system of support
to meet them on
their time

A TI would work
based on requests
An admin can
request PD for staff
A teacher could
request specific
help with certain
tools or programs

9. How it works
TIs would also run
grade and
curriculum specific
blogs
These blogs would
provide links to
sites for teachers to
use to enhance
lessons
