Paper Claim
1 Solar Day On The Sun = 365 Solar Days On Earth
- The Earth Moon Orbit regresses 19 Degrees Per A Year
- This Moon Regression causes to create a different rate of time. i.e. the moon
regression causes 365 solar days to be used as 1 solar day only which creates 2
different rates of time
- Venus Motion per one solar day causes The Moon orbit regression for one year
and by Venus effect on the moon orbit regression the different rates of time are
created
- Venus effect on the moon orbit is a result of a general motion done by all solar
planets together –
- Means, the moon orbit regression shows an effect of an unified motion done by
all planets
- That may answer the old question, why the moon orbit data shows a general
effect of all planets – for example
o (Perigee Radius = the outer planets diameters total) (error 1%)
o (Apogee Radius = the solar planets diameters total)
o The Distance between apogee and period (space only) = the inner planets
diameters total = Earth Circumference.

1- The Creation Of Another Rate Of Time
1-1 Preface
1-2 The Moon Orbit Inclination Creation
1-1 Preface
We have discussed how the sun rate of time is created before, let's remember its basic
ideas in following:
- There's one basic high velocity in the solar system motion (v1=0.99c)
- This velocity produces lorentz length contraction with rate 7.1 and this rate
with some complex geometrical process produces another rate which is 1.0725
(=1+7.25/100)
But
- The velocity (v1=0.99c) is used in Lorentz Transformations for some reason
(v1)2
to produce (v2=0.9999c) (Please note that Earth velocity =0.0001c)
- The last velocity (v2=0.9999c) produces a length contraction with rate 71
- The distance 71 million km is found in the moon orbit
- From the moon orbit the distance 71 mkm is contracted to be 1 mkm and sent
to the sun from the moon orbit (which will be seen as 1 day)
- 71 mkm is used in the moon orbit to be (365 mkm = 71 x 5.1) (where 5.1
degrees = the moon orbital inclination)
- The value 365 mkm is sent from the moon orbit to Earth and be seen as a time
period (365 days).
The Explanation Difficulties
- Where is this distance 71 mkm in the moon orbit? The moon orbital
diameter =0.812 mkm, let's suppose it's =1 mkm and the contraction rate is 71,
so the distance 71 mkm = 71 x 1 mkm
(Note, the moon orbital diameter is 1 mkm but the moon reaches only to
apogee radius 0.406 mkm and not 0.5 mkm providing a margin for its motion-
this idea we have discussed before (The Solar System Geometry Part 2)
- Is this distance 71 mkm has a any effect on Earth? 2.28 mkm (the moon
orbital circumference at perigee radius) x 71 = (Earth diameter)2
, this
equation tells that, the rate 71 effects on the Earth diameter creation in a
function includes the moon orbital circumference – that also tells why the moon
can be near only to perigee radius (0.363 mkm) and not nearer to Earth because
the earth diameter controls this motion according to the previous equation…
- (Note Please 1.392 mkm "the sun diameter" x 5.1 =7.1)

1-2 The Moon Orbit Inclination Creation
The previous explanation we have seen before in the previous paper, the new point
which we need to discuss here is The Moon Orbit Inclination
Shortly
How is the moon orbit inclination is created? why is it =5.1 degrees?
In the next explanation I try to prove that, the moon orbit inclination 5.1 deg is created
as a result of Venus effect on the moon motion – and Venus effect is produced by a
general motion done by all solar planets
Let's first try to discover Venus Motion effect on the Earth Moon Motion.

1 19 degrees = 5.2 degrees x 3.66 (= Earth Diameter / Moon Diameter)
2 19 degrees = 2π x 3.02 degrees (but Venus velocity per solar day =3.02 mkm)
3 19 degrees = 3.4 degrees x 5.6 and 13.18 deg =5.1 deg x 2.6 deg
4 360 degrees – (2 x 177.4 degrees Venus Axial Tilt) = 5.2 degrees
5 7 degrees = 5.1 degrees +1.9 degrees

II- Data Analysis
Equation No. (1)
19 degrees = 5.2 degrees x 3.66 (= Earth Diameter / Moon Diameter)
The moon orbit regress per year 19 degrees, this regression causes Metonic Cycle….
Equation No. 1 tells that, the moon orbit inclination is created as a function of this 19
degrees with factor =3.66, we should pay attention for this factor because this is the
rate between Earth diameter and moon diameter, and this same rate controls many
other distances between the inner planets…
Equation No. (1) tells that, the planets diameters are created as side products for the
interaction between both angles (19 degrees and 5.2 degrees) – this notice is so
important – because – the planets diameters (matters) are created as function of their
motions – as we have concluded before- and that gives us a new vision – because that
may tells us the matter (planet diameter) is created based on a period of time as
similar to the angles which are created based on the motions…
i.e.
The equation tells us that, the matter is not different from the angle, both are created
as function of motion… means nothing is found independently, all are created
dependently and temporarily.
The equation basic conclusion is
(The moon orbit inclination 5.1 deg is created depending on the moon orbit
regression per year 19 degrees).

19 degrees = 2π x 3.02 degrees (Venus velocity per solar day =3.02 mkm)
Venus moves per solar day a distance =3.02 mkm and if we use this distance as a
circle radius, so this circle circumference will be 19 mkm (Per day) and we know that
Mercury orbital circumference =360 mkm = 360 degrees means 1 mkm=1degree –
That tells Venus velocity motion per solar day can be considered as 19 degrees.
The equation basic conclusion is

19 degrees = 3.4 degrees x 5.6
3.4 degrees = Venus Orbital Inclination
5.1 degrees = The Moon Orbital Inclination
0.5 degrees = the moon angular diameter
So 5.6 degrees = 5.1 degrees +0.5 degree
i.e. 5.6 degrees = the moon orbit inclination but this measurement includes the moon
diameter angle in addition to the moon orbital inclination…
Equation No. 3 tells us how Venus effects on the value 19 degrees to produce the
moon orbital inclination 5.1 degrees
(The moon angular diameter = 0.5 degrees = the angle between 2 light beams which
touch the moon diameters from 2 sides)
And
13.18 deg (the moon motion degrees daily) =5.1 deg x 2.6 deg
Equation No. (4)
360 degrees – (2 x 177.4 degrees Venus Axial Tilt) = 5.2 degrees
Venus axial tilt needs 2.6 degrees to be 180 degrees, and for the full cycle 360 degrees
this value will be 5.2 degrees, which tells us that, Venus effect on the moon motion is
so deeply effective on Venus Data Creation
i.e.
Venus effect on the moon motion as a mother gives birth to a child, both effect on
each other, the moon orbital inclination is created by Venus motion effect and Venus
motion is effected by the moon motion and defined its axial tilt as 177.4 degrees
(Please note, Venus Diameter = The Moon Diameter x 3.4, where 3.4 degrees =
Venus orbital inclination).
Equation No. (5)
7 degrees (mercury orbital inclination) = 5.1 degrees +1.9 degrees
1.9 deg = Mars orbital inclination,
That means, The Moon & Mars Orbital Inclination are created complementary to each
other relative to Mercury orbital inclination – that means – the moon & Mars
relationship must be so strong one which we need to analyze in this paper.

Part I
Discussion Objective:
We try to prove that, "1 Day On The Sun Is Equivalent To 1 Year On Earth"
This rate is created by the Earth Moon Orbit Effect, as we have discussed before, and
in this paper we try to know why the moon orbital inclination = 5.1 degrees which
causes to create the 2 rates of time which are (1 day in comparison with 365 days) –
and as we discuss here, we have to accept that, the moon orbital inclination is created
because of Venus Motion effect on the moon motion…
Then we try to discover the mechanism by which Venus motion effects on the moon
motion to create the moon orbital inclination =5.1 degrees
Equation No. 2 gives us some strong light here, because it tells us the following:
- Venus motion for one day causes the moon orbit regression for a year.
How to understand that?
- We have 2 motions done in 2 different period of times, one motion is done in
during a year and another motion is done during one day – why these 2 motions
are related to each other?! Why Venus Motion Distance for 1 solar day (3.02
mkm) (which can be used as 3.02 degrees), why this value has any relationship
with the 19 degrees which the moon orbit regresses yearly?!
i.e.
- How to prove that, these 19 degrees are the moon regression degrees per
year?!
- Let's see the equation part II may we receive some more light to understand
what's happening here!

The equation has 3 items, and we have discussed already 2 items, we have only 1 item
to be discussed in this part II

Why this item is significant at any case? What change can this item does??

(The solar planets axial tilts total) = (The solar planets orbital inclinations total)x 4π
How can we explain this equation? Let's ask one more easy question,
How does planet axial tilt or orbital inclination effect on its motion? if we know
clearly these 2 degrees effect on planet motion that may give us more light here
Equation No. (I) tells that, the effect of planets axial tilts total is cooperated with the
effect of planets orbital inclinations total to produce the rate (2π x 2) which we have
seen in Equation No. 2,
It tells that, equation No. 2 doesn't express a relationship between Venus and the
moon orbit motions (as I claim), instead this equation expresses a general effect for
the solar planets motions total
i.e.
If the moon orbit regression is created based on Equation no. 2, that means, the moon
orbit regression is done by all planets motions cooperation effect.
This conclusion is very interesting for me because the moon orbit data shows always
effect on the planets data total and I had no clear explanation why the moon has this
strong effect on all planets data total (for extending discussion please review my

We may remember planet and light motion hypothesis (Planet motion depends on
light motion) and based on this hypothesis we have concluded that, light and planet
pass the same distance (equal distance) but with different rates of time, this rule we
have use frequently and even to define the sun rate of time in the previous paper we
discussed that, because the sun moves during 1 day a distance =940 mkm = Earth
motion distance during year, for that , 1 day on the sun = 1 year on Earth.
Please Note (Why does the equation uses 4π in place of 2π?!)

We may remember also that
- Planet and light pass equal distances in different rates of time
- The previous statement contains some exceptional point which we have
discussed also before which is ….
- Light passes the circle circumference but planet passes this same circle radius,
that means, "equal distances in different rates of time" is not very a accurate
sentence because the distances aren't equal perfectly but light pass the circle
circumference and planet pass this same circle radius and because of that
between both motions there's always the rate 2π
- And for example for this rule I always use Mercury Day Period as an example,
o 4222.6 seconds x 1.16 mkm /sec = 4900 mkm (this equation tells that, if
there's a light beam its velocity =1.16 mkm/sec, this light beam will pass
Jupiter orbital circumference during a period =4222.6 seconds
o Mercury during its day period 4222.6 hours passes a distance = 720
mkm = Mercury Jupiter Distance ………But
o 4900 mkm = 2π x 778.6 mkm (Jupiter orbital distance) ….. But
o 778.6 mkm = 1.0725 x 720 mkm (where 1.0725 is a rate found by length
contraction effect, that means the distance 720 mkm is equal the distance
778.6 mkm but we see it under contraction rate 1.0725
o The previous data tells that, Mercury moves a distance equal light motion
distance (not perfectly, because Mercury passed the circle radius but light
passed this same circle circumference) but these 2 (supposed) equal
motions are done in different rates of time (4222.6 seconds and 4222.6
hours) – please note- if these periods values are different from each could
I never reach to this conclusion – means – if Mercury pass its distance in
4500 hours and light pass it is 4000 seconds in this case I have nothing to
do and no claim of difference in rates of time can be arisen any more… I
try to show that, the data is my leader, I follow it and don't create it.
- The previous example shows how the different rates of time is created resulting
of 2 different motions (light and planet motions) which left the rate 2π as a
geometrical player in the solar system geometry – this explanation tells us why
the rate 2π is found between planets axial tilts total and planet orbital
inclinations total – means – the planets motions depends on the interaction
between light and plant motion and we can't see these planets motions
independently from the light motion.
- Spite of the new complexities we need to know by what mechanism Venus
Motion causes the moon orbit inclination to be 5.1 and how Venus causes to
create the 2 different rates of time through the moon orbit regression!

More Discussion
Venus causes the moon orbit to be regressed 19 degrees per year, because Venus
controls many other basic data in Earth and Moon motions… Venus practices a great
effect on Earth and its moon basically because Venus receives this effect by Uranus
brining it from light motion- that means- we have a series of effects on planets, this
effect starts by a light motion and this motion effects on Uranus and Uranus effects on
Venus and Venus effects on Earth and its moon – also Jupiter is a player with Uranus
practice a great effect on Venus – but Venus effects strongly on Saturn- because the
picture is some how complex we have to move in its discussion step after step to
avoid the confusion.
Equation No. (b)
(940 mkm / 778.6 mkm) = (180.8 mkm/149.6 mkm)
940 mkm = Earth orbital circumference and 149.6 mkm = Earth orbital distance
778.6 mkm= Jupiter orbital distance but what's this value 180.8 mkm??
180.8 degrees = 177.4 deg (Venus axial tilt) + 3.4 deg (Venus orbital inclination), we
have seen this value before – and we know – Mercury orbital circumference =360
mkm = 360 degrees means 1 mkm = 1 degree ….. but
180.8 degrees this same value we have seen before, because Uranus orbital
inclination = 0.8 degrees, and when we use the vertical value it will be 0.8 +90 = 90.8
and then when we add more 90 degrees will be 0.8 degrees + 180 deg =180.8 degrees,
that means, the value 180.8 degrees is found by Uranus orbital effect and because
Venus axial tilt with its orbital inclination total =180.8 degrees – that means – Uranus
effect on Venus is seen clearly in its axial tilt and orbital inclination –
Equation No. (b) tells that, Earth orbital distance is defined relative to Jupiter orbital
distance based on Venus degrees total – we have seen a similar equation before –

Old Equation
(5040 seconds /4222.6 seconds) = (929 mkm /778.6 mkm)
5040 seconds are required for the Mercury day to be 176 solar days
4222.6 seconds are required for light (1.16) to pass Jupiter orbital circumference
778.6 mkm = Jupiter orbital distance
929 mkm = Earth Jupiter distance when both be at 2 different sides from the sun
This old equation is completely similar to equation no. (b)
(940 mkm / 778.6 mkm) = (180.8 mkm/149.6 mkm)
The only new factor is (180.8 mkm) which expresses Uranus effect on Venus data, by
this value Earth orbital distance is defined relative to Jupiter orbital distance! Why?
what does that mean?
Uranus define Earth orbital distance (through Venus degrees) relative to Jupiter
orbital distance! Why? because Uranus want to make Earth orbital distance =(1/19) of
Uranus orbital distance! What's a big deal here?! Why?
Because 19 times will create Metonic Cycle for the Moon motion, metonic Cycle will
causes the moon orbit regression 19 degrees per year and perform Metonic Cycle in
19 years…. That means… Metonic Cycle is a Cycle done by earth and moon but we
don't see Earth Motion during Metonic Cycle but we see only the moon motion
through it. is it truth?! We have to discuss equation No. (d) to answer but before let's
take a look on equation no. (c )

365 days = 58 days x 4π
In total solar eclipse the moon be at a distance = 370000 km – at this radius – the
moon orbital circumference = 58 times Earth circumference…
Imagine, the moon orbital circumference is a great gear and the Earth circumference
is a small gear installed with it- Now let's the moon orbital circumference (gear)
rotates one time only, that will cause Earth (gear) to rotate also 58 times – but earth
rotation around its axis produce one solar day so these 58 rotations will produce 58
days…. And Earth during 58 days moves a distance = 149.6 mkm = earth orbital
distance….from this mystery I conclude that…. the moon orbit radius at total solar
eclipse defined Earth orbital distance…. Is it truth? We have to return to this subject
after equation no. (d) discussion ….

6939.75 seconds x 0.3 mkm /sec = 2088 mkm (Jupiter Uranus Distance)
Earth Orbital Distance is defined based on Metonic Cycle, by which Uranus orbital
distance = 19 x Earth Orbital Distance – and because of that the Earth orbital distance
is defined by equation no. (b) (940 mkm / 778.6 mkm) = (180.8 mkm/149.6 mkm)
Now, equation no. (d) tells us how that's happening in full details….
- Light with known velocity (0.3 mkm/sec) travels during 6939.75 seconds a
distance = 2088 mkm (Jupiter Uranus Distance)
- Metonic Cycle Period = 6939.75 days
- Means, light travels from Jupiter to Uranus during a period 6939.75 seconds
and this motion creates the energy by which Metonic Cycle is done – because
light motion is done between Uranus and Jupiter we see their data in Equation
No. (b) where 180.8 degrees is Uranus data and 778.6 mkm is Jupiter data
- Light motion energy creates Uranus orbital inclination by which Uranus effect
on Venus to produce the value 180.8 deg (177.4 deg + 3.4 deg)
- Where Venus axial tilt produces the moon orbit inclination (5.2 degrees)
(where 360 degrees = 177.4 deg +177.4 deg +5.2 deg)
A Conclusion
- Light motion produces the energy by which Uranus and Jupiter data are created
and Uranus effects on Venus data to be created by which Venus effect on Earth
and Moon data to be created suitable to perform Metonic Cycle – so – Metonic
Cycle is an energy sent from Uranus by Venus to Earth and Moon and by this
energy both earth and moon rotate Metonic Cycle.
Equation No. (c) (Revision)
365.25 days = 58 days x 4π
Equation No. (c) tells us that, the rate 4π is used here also – we remember this rate –
That tells us, we still deal with specific (general) motion
Because the number 58 is defined by the total solar eclipse phenomenon – that means-
it doesn't depend on Earth orbital distance (149.6 mkm = 2.58 mkm x 58) but Earth
orbital distance depends on this number 58 –
Also because we use 4π - So – the value 365 days became a general value, so it's not
Earth orbital period, but it's a general values used by all planets
That explains the old equations
- Light (0.3 mkm/sec) travels during 86400 seconds a distance =25920 mkm
- All planets motions distances total equal =25920 mkm during a period 1461
days (which is 365.25 days x 4) – that explain the old equations.

That explain Venus interesting data which is very useful to the eclipse different
calendars

The Sun diameter / Venus diameter = 115
Also
Venus day =116.7 days (= 365/π)
Simply, the sun diameter is created relative to Venus Diameter basically, because the
sun creation has a great relationship with the eclipse phenomenon, that tells us the
following:
"The moon eclipse umbra length = 1.392 mkm = the sun diameter because it's a
geometrical necessity for the sun creation process"
