Abstract
Paper hypothesis
Uranus effect on the moon orbit causes the period of 1 hour (of a planet motion)
to be equivalent to 1 solar day (of another planet motion)
- We still analyze the interesting data (the moon circumference =10921 km)
o Pluto moves during 10921 seconds a distance = Uranus diameter
o Jupiter moves during 10921 seconds a distance = Jupiter diameter
o But
o 51118 km (Uranus diameter) = 6.8 km/sc x 7511 seconds, the equation tells
that, Uranus has to move during 7511 seconds to pass a distance = Uranus
diameter (where 7511 km = Pluto circumference) – On The Other Side-
Pluto has to rotate 6.8 times around its axis to pass (by rotation) 7511 km
x6.8 = 51118 km (a distance = Uranus diameter)
o 142984 km (Jupiter diameter) = 13.1 km/sc x 10921 seconds, Jupiter moves
10921 seconds for its diameter and On The Other Side the moon has to
rotate around its axis 13.1 times to pass a distance = Jupiter diameter

1- The Planets Interaction In The Moon Orbit (A discussion)
1-1 Can 1 hour of a planet motion be = 1 day of another motion?
- Let's summarize the story in following:
o Pluto moves during 24 seconds a distance=112.8 km (near to be 113.45 km)
o 113.45 degrees = 90 deg +23.45 degrees (Earth Axial Tilt)
o And
o 300000 km = 12756 km (Earth diameter) x 23.45 deg (Earth Axial Tilt)
o But
o Light known velocity (0.3mkm/sec) travels 300000 km per second
i.e.
o The motion of Pluto which is done in 24 seconds, will be seen in light
motion as 1 second (or in Earth motion as 1second)
o Why is this so significance? Because
o 1 hour will be used as 1 solar day
o It's what exactly done in the moon orbit… a we have discussed before
Old Equation No. (a)
1042.5 hours = 6.0152 x 346.6 days (The Nodal Year)
o 1042.5 hours are the period Pluto needs to rotate around its axis (6.8 times)
and each rotation Pluto move a distance = its circumference 7511 means
during 6.8 rotations will move a distance = Uranus diameter
o 346.6 days = The Nodal Year
o Equation (a) tells clearly that, the input is a period in hours and the output is
a period in solar days
o The equation shows some change in the rate of time is occurred
o But how can that be real?
o By light motion, all relativistic effects can be done only by light motion, So
if some change in the time rate is done here – this change must be done by
light motion –
o So the old equation no. (a) is our question in this paper – we have to
analyze how the light does this task and how the rate of time is changed
based on it

- We have seen this figure before – the circles are the Earth moon, the line BM has
an angle 91.1 degrees with IM, because the moon diameter consumes 0.5 degrees
the angle at the moon surface =90.6 degrees… the line BM moves inside the moon
diameter creating a small moon diameter (r= 695 km) on this small moon surface
the angle will be 90.9 degrees the rest part of the moon (the greater circle) R=
1042.5 km
- And we know that, 1042.5 hours = Pluto day period 153.3 h x 6.8
Old Equation No. (a) (Revision)
1042.5 hours = 6.0152 x 346.6 days (The Nodal Year)

(I) 56 seconds x 1.16 mkm/sec (light supposed velocity) = 65 mkm
But
(II) light known velocity (0.3mkm/sec) travels 65 mkm during 216.4 seconds
- The factor which cause the change of time rate is (6.0152), the period (0.152 h) =
56 seconds,
- Light supposed velocity (1.16 mkm/sec) interacted with light known velocity (0.3
mkm) to produce the number 216.4 seconds
- Venus orbital distance =108.2 mkm x 2 = 216.4 mkm
- i.e.
- The rate of time is done by an effect from Venus – so we simply we go to Venus
directly
Equation No. (2)
116.75 degrees (or days) = 23.4 degrees (Earth Axial Tilt) x 4.96
- 116.75 days = Venus Day Period..
- 4.96 degrees is an angle in the moon orbital triangle, I inserted it in the paper end
as our reference, the angle is (SCZ) this angle value =4.96 degrees
Please Note :
Pluto motion (24 seconds) produced (113.4 earth axial tilt) and the light motion (1
second) depends on Earth axial tilt – as explained before– so the change rate of time is
done based on this value 23.4 deg (Earth axial tilt) that's why we follow it

- Please review this angle (4.96 deg "SCZ") –Because
- Its arc restricts a distance in the tangible base (distance SZ = 7665 km), the value
is very near to Pluto circumference (7511.4 km) (error 2%).
- It tells, the process (the time rate change) is done by an effect of Pluto –
- How??

7511.4 km = 113.45 km x 66.2
- Pluto moves during (24 seconds) a distance = 113.4 km and this distance =
(1/66.2) of Pluto circumference… what's the useful result here?
- The value 66.2
- We keep it by heart, let's review its data in following
o (Venus Mass/ Moon Mass) = 66.2
o Moon rotation period 655.7 h/ Jupiter rotation period 9.9 h = 66.2
o Moon day period 708.7 h / Saturn day period 10.7 h = 66.2
o Venus rotation period 5832.5 hour / (88) = 66.2
o 4222.6 h (mercury day period) / (63.7) = 66.2

Venus rotation period 5832.5 hour = (88 days) (Mercury Orbital Period) x 66.2
- It's Venus which creates the different rate of time,
- Venus rotation period is (hours) (input) produced Mercury orbital period
(solar days) (output)
- The process is done based on the common rate 66.2
- The secret is in this rate (66.2) simply because it repeats so frequently, it's motor
and the repeated using is done for some reason –

1042.5 km x 2 = 31.5 x 66.2
- 1042.5 km = R In The Greater Circle (figure no. 1)
- 31.5 (Uranus axial tilt 97.8 deg / Jupiter axial tilt 3.1 deg)
- We have a great machine behind this rate 66.2 basically the 2 basic players in the
moon orbit got interaction between each other and produce this rate…
- Not only but because ..the same manner is done for both
- Jupiter needs to move (10921 seconds) to pass a distance = its diameter where
(10921 km = the Earth moon circumference) and
- Uranus needs to move 7511 seconds to pass a distance = its diameter where
7511km = Pluto circumference – we have some geometrical machine under this
data which causes the change rate of time (1 hour will be as 1 solar day)

- 287.5 mkm Uranus Orbital Distance x 31.5 = 90000 km
- 31.5 (Uranus axial tilt 97.8 deg / Jupiter axial tilt 3.1 deg)
- we know that
- 90000 million km = C2
if the time is 1 second
- C2
is the source of sun rays, but for the planets it's seen as a distance =90000 mkm
- We remember also that,
- The sun rays are produced because of the change rate of time, we may remember
our basic hypotheses in following
o (1st
) Planet motion depends on light motion
o (2nd
) light motion for 1 second cause planet to move 1 day
o (the motion rule), light moves along a circle circumference but its follower
planet moves along its this same circle radius
- The hypothesis no. (2) created an idea tells that (different rates of time must be
found in the solar system) and based on that we have
o The 1st
rate of time (1 second is equivalent to 1 solar day)
o The 2nd
rate of time (1 second is equivalent to 365 seconds)
- The 2nd
rate of time is found in the moon orbit only by an effect from Venus and
Mars (direct on the moon) but with more effects from Uranus and Jupiter
indirectly
- The previous explanation shows, the 1st
step to create the 2nd
rate of time (1 to 365)
in this step, Pluto supports the process to create a smaller rate (1 is = 24), the
process is done by Pluto motion and by Venus direct effect

1042.5 = 237 x 4.4 (4.4 deg = 3.1 deg Jupiter axial tilt +1.3 deg Jupiter orb. Inclin)
237 is the rate by which both rates of time are interacted (86400 =365 x 237)

(c) 1622.7 mkm x 0.406 mkm (apogee radius) = 655 mkm (Jupiter Saturn distance)
589 mkm x 1.0725 = 627 mkm (Jupiter Earth Distance)
627 mkm x 1.0725 = 670 mkm (Jupiter Venus Distance)
670 mkm x 1.0725 = 720 mkm (Jupiter Mercury Distance)

The rate (1.0725) is Lorentz Length Contraction Effect Rate

Where 122.5 deg = Pluto axial tilt and 17.2 deg = Pluto orbital inclination
1042.5 km x 2, is the greater circle (Rx2),
Equation no. (5) tells that, the value 1042.5 x 2 is created based on Pluto data only

- Pluto has to rotate 6.8 times to move (by rotation) 6.8 x 7511 km = 51118 km =
Uranus diameter
- But Pluto doesn't move by its velocity (4.7 km/sec) a distance = 7511 km during
153.3 hours – the rotation distance (7511 km) is part of the total distance where
Pluto moves during 153.3 hours a distance = 2.58 million km
- So
- Pluto moves during 10921 seconds a distance = Uranus diameter =51118 km
-
- The moon circumference is used here again to produce a distance = a planet
diameter and done with Jupiter in equation no. 8 (in which Jupiter moves during
10921 seconds to pass a distance = its diameter)
- There's a geometrical necessity for this using of the moon circumference as a
period of time for both planets (Jupiter and Pluto ) to produce both planets
diameters (Jupiter and Uranus)

Let's Review The Moon Orbital Triangle Data
(1st
Point)
- The figure I brought from internet to use in the Explanation -
- We have supposed that the inner circle is Perigee orbit and the
outer circle is apogee orbit – and we have calculated the tangent
AB = 181843 km
- AB = 363686 km (= perigee radius approximately)
- Perigee radius r =0.363 mkm Apogee radius r =0.406 mkm
- Based on that, the triangle (ODB) is a specific Pythagoras triangle (1, 2 and 51/2
)
- i.e. the triangle (ODB) angles are 26.564 degrees and 63.435 degrees
NOTE
- for these 2 angles (26.564 deg and 63.435 deg) we have searched, because these 2
angles will correct many data in the orbital triangle.
