The document contains summaries of photos taken for an album cover photoshoot. It describes choosing a front cover photo of the actress with a slight smirk looking at the camera. Interior photos include one of the actress singing with her hands visible and another of guitars to convey an acoustic feel. A poster photo shows the actress playing an instrument. Some backgrounds and colors will need photoshopping. Evidence photos were also taken of directing the shoot.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

Instructions for Submissions thorugh G- Classroom.pptxJheel Barad
This presentation provides a briefing on how to upload submissions and documents in Google Classroom. It was prepared as part of an orientation for new Sainik School in-service teacher trainees. As a training officer, my goal is to ensure that you are comfortable and proficient with this essential tool for managing assignments and fostering student engagement.
3. The raw front photo
I decided to use this photo as I liked the way
she is looking into the camera and has a
slight smirk on her face as well. I also like the
way her hair is slightly covering her face as it
creates an effect where she is hidden but
because of the way her eye is looking right
into the camera it creates a contrasting
feeling that she is exposed. I also liked the
angle of her head in this photo as I feel the
slight downward tilt of her head gives an
impression that she is hiding herself away
again. However in this photo you can see the
background of the door and the wardrobe so
I am going to have to Photoshop them out
when I edit the photo. I am also going to
change the colouring slightly so my actresses
face doesn’t seem so 2D and pale. I also
chose this photo as I believe that it meets the
connotations of pop such as how she’s
wearing a baggy oversized jumper which is a
new fashion trend and keeping up with the
fashion is a connotation of pop. My actress is
also wearing quite a bit of make up which is
another connotation of pop as that’s a new
trend even more so the winged eyeliner.
5. The raw back photo
I have decided to use this photo as I liked
the way my actresses head is positioned
when she is singing as you can see the side
profile perfectly and you can see her hands
which I wanted in my photo as I like the
effect it creates where she is actually
singing and it shows that she is really
passionate about singing as well. In this
photo I also like the style of my actress hair
as you can see her hair but its not in the
way of her face so you can see her facial
expression and how passionate she is
about singing. I also like the use of the
headphones and microphone as props as
they creates a more professional look.
However in this photo there are a few things
I'm going to have to Photoshop such as the
background as you can see the door and
the wardrobe as well as the clip behind her
neck for the necklace. The way my actress
is styled is also a connotation of pop as
she’s wearing clothes and make up styles
which are in fashion and as pop artists all
have the latest trends and fashion this could
be a connotation of pop.
7. The raw inside left photo
For the inside left photo I wanted
something that reflected the
homemade, organic feeling I wanted
for the album which I thought using
my piano would do because of the
wooden finish and I also added the
plant in the corner to experiment
with in Photoshop as I liked the
extra organic feeling it gave the
photo. I also liked the way the piano
also shows how she can play more
instruments and just how talented
my artist is. The clothing and hair I
chose and I liked the way the green
and white baseball shirt brings out
the green of the plant and that
organic feeling. I also made sure the
plaits were quite lose and had little
hairs come out to go with the
unfinished homemade feeling of the
album. However I will also have to
use Photoshop to change the
colouring of the photo and touch ups
such as in the bottom left corner
with the edge of the photo frame.
9. The raw inside right photo
For my inside cover I wanted
something that reflected the
homemade, acoustic feel that I
wanted my album to have in some
aspects and decided that I could
use a photo of different sized
acoustic guitars placed in different
positions to create this feeling. I
decided to use this picture as I like
the open, uncaged feeling you get
from this picture compared to the
other photos I took. However I am
going to have to Photoshop a few
aspects of this photo such as the
colour balance as the photo is
taken in a warmer light compared to
the other photos I have taken for
this album and therefore would
have to change the colouring. I am
also going to have to edit the tilt
and the shadows on the right side
as well as the table stopping short
on the left.
11. The raw poster photo
For the poster I wanted to use the same make up and
clothing as the front cover so that when an individual sees it
advertised as a poster then they are more likely going to pick
up the album if they see something familiar. I also wanted to
put emphasis on the fact my artist is playing her own
instruments which is one of the first things the viewer would
see, also by seeing a young artist playing an instrument is
also more likely going to get the viewers attention and they
therefore may be more likely to look into the artist and her
music. For this photo I chose this placement as I liked the
relaxed stance my artist is holding as it shows how relaxed
she is and therefore the album is. It also shows the relaxed
style through the way her hair is styled as it is slightly wavy
and very organic natural looking. Although, there some parts
of the photo I am going to have to Photoshop such as the
wardrobe and drawers as well as the shadows from the
wardrobe and the drawers.
12. Evidence of me doing my photo shoot
When doing my photoshoot I asked my step-dad to take photos of me directing and taking photos of my actress in
order to provide evidence that I was the one taking the photos. I also used my pre production sketches to see how I
had planned to have my actress although I changed a few of these once I was taking the photos and saw how
different placements could be more effective for my album cover. I also set up the props and equipment for the
shoot.
