1. éTelecommunication Infrastructure Services
A- Vodafone & Etisalat GSM Sites – for Ericsson Company, Egypt.
-The site acquisition service consists of the following components:
Site Search and Negotiation
- A suitable site location(s) (minimum three alternatives) is acquired that satisfies the
search criteria specified in both the nominal cell plan. A preliminary agreement is
then signed with the owner.
RF Survey and Preliminary Site Design (Cad Drawings)
- Providing a clear presentation of the site to the customer to be evaluated including
photos to describe the site and any obstructions around it, proposed shelter and structure locations drawn u
AutoCAD program, and power source availability.
Line Of Sight Verification and Report
- Providing a full report using the Path Loss Program after undergoing surveys, this decides the MW link
connect the site to the whole network.

Lease Contract Negotiation and Signature
- Negotiating the final contract terms with the owner to sign it.
Issuing the required Permits
- Providing all needed permits to construct the site, which include but are not limited to environmental,
environmental health safety, municipality, antiquities, roads and traffic, agricultural, and civil aviation per
Securing a permanent power source
- Getting permanent power meter and permits for the site.
I.Construction Works of Greenfield and Roof Top Sites:
Our scope of work in the Construction area includes necessary design for individual site, supply and
installation of all Civil Works material in accordance with our customers' specifications.

5. Note: Safety Tools and procedures are applied during all processes under the inspection of our safety
and quality control supervisor.
Our construction works service consists of the following Subjects:
Civil Works
- Site Levelling and Clearance
- Excavation and Concrete Works
- Soil Replacement and Backfilling as per the customer's specifications
Tower, Stub Tower and GRD Erection
- Manufacturing the Steel Grillage, this will carry the Loads.
- Tower footprint is taken off to start erecting the tower using hot dipped galvanized
Steel works and stainless steel auxiliaries.
- Whilst using the most practical size of cable tray throughout the installation, Consideration is given to fu
expansion as well as minimizing the visual impact.
Shelter and RF (Feeder and Antenna) Installation
Supply and Installation of the Shelter with its internal fittings to be in accordance with the Proposed Shelte
and as follows:

RF to be extended from the surge protection on the Shelter feeder access panel By means of jumpers, coile
tied to the wire tray above each BTS position ,
Ready for the BTS Rack installations by others,

IV. Construction of Special Projects
Our scope of work in the Special Projects area includes the necessary design for individual site, and the
supply and installation of upgrading material in accordance with our customers' specifications.
Our construction works service includes the following Projects:
3G and RRH Sites Upgrades
- Installation of RRU units and Battery units.
- Installation of new RRU Brackets and Battery Brackets.
- Replacement of all 2G antenna and installation of 3G antenna with new feeder entry
glands and their needed Brackets.

6. - Supply and Installation of fiber Cables with their PVC conduits.
- Supply and Installation of upgraded earthing system.
Modernization of Sites Equipments
- Replacement of the 24000 Btu/Hr with an Air conditioning system of 36000 Btu/Hr.
- Replacement of power cable 4 x 16 mm with cable 4 x 25 mm.
- Supply and Installation of a new Electric Distribution Panel with main 63A CB.
Radio Enhancement
- Enhancement with new antenna including the supply and installation of all needed feeder
Cables and feeder entry glands, including all needed cable trays.
TX Enhancement
- Enhancement with new feeder entry glands and feeder entry glands cubes, including supply and installati
needed cable trays.
B- Sofisat (Telecom Egypt) CDMA Project – for Quicktel Company, Egypt.
The Scope of Work and Services includes:
I. Project Management Service
- Offering project management service for Quicktel Company as to supervise all
Subcontractors of the Sofisat Project.
- Managing 6 subcontractors to acquire and complete their sites for 18 months.
- Number of completed sites: 69
II. Site Acquisition – Site Search and Negotiation
RF Survey and Preliminary Site Design (Cad Drawings), Line Of Sight Verification, Final Cad Drawings
Structural Analysis Report,
