12. Space
A SPACE structure, which is a three-dimensional framed structure with loads
applied in any plane, is the most general.
Plane
A PLANE structure is bound by a global X-Y coordinate system with loads
in the same plane.
Floor Plane
A FLOOR structure is a two or three dimensional structure having no
horizontal (global X or Z) movement of the structure [FX, FZ & MY are
restrained at every joint]. The floor framing (in global X-Z plane) of a
building is an ideal example of a FLOOR structure. Columns can also be
modeled with the floor in a FLOOR.
Truss
A TRUSS structure consists of truss members which can have only axial
member forces and no bending in the members.

28. Design of RCC Structure Monte Carlo Mall.
• This is a RCC structure which is given by consultancy for checking
the Factor against Safety (i.e. Sizes and Steel Quantity). We have
prepared a RCC modal on STADD Pro with the help of Architecture
Drawing with the following specifications as below: -
• Type of building: Commercial Buildings
• Number of storey: G+5
• Floor height:
• Two basement- 4.00m
• Ground Floor-5.00m
• 1st,2nd,3rd & 4th story-4.65m
• Concrete grade: M25
• Reinforcement grade: Fe500

32. Steps:-
Make model in staad pro from Architecture drawings
Give all the section properties of column & beams from Structure drawings
Assign the Supports
Assign all type of loads like Earthquake load,Dead load,Live load,Wind load
Analyse the model
Concrete design of model According to IS 13920
Analyse the model
Error detection if any
Go to post processing mode
Take the values of all rections bending moment, shear force, displacement etc
Make a report.

45. Open Scad
Open scad is a software for creating solid 3d objec cad objects. It is a free
software & available for Windows,linux,unix & mac.
Shapes
There are only three basic 3D shapes you start with, and from these ,you can
make most any other shapes. These are the
• Cube
• Sphere
• Cylinder
