12. O&M SERVICES
Diesel Filling, Electricity Bill and Rent Payments
• We will provide Diesel Fillers so as to ensure the
availability of 70% of HSD in the DG tank at any point of
time
• Proper Co-ordination with EB (Electricity Board) for timely
collection of Electricity bills, Collection of payments for the
same from the customer's office and timely deposit of the
payments at the respective EBs
• The same activity will be carried out for rent payments if
any tenants demands
13. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Services
Fault Remedy Activity is the most critical service which should be done in a very
professional manner.
Being aware of this, CGC can offer the Operation and Maintenance Services for
following network elements and might be more depending on the customer
requirements and SOW.
All measurements for preventive maintenance shall be carried out as per prior
agreed time schedule, which is given by the Customer.
While Monitoring at BTS Cell Sites the site reports shall be prepared and reports
shall be submitted to costumer CI . Any defects observed in the BTS Sites in any
of the associated equipment shall be attended in consultation with the Customer
Eng at site. During every visit to the site for measurements, shall monitor the
condition of the optical equipments installed for any alarms, DG maintenance,
Diesel Filling, First level maintenance for DG, AMF Panel, SMPS, Fire Alarms
Systems, PIU follow up for alarms, order wire, battery voltage, level of distilled
water in the secondary cells, top up distilled water if required and observe the
condition of the battery charger and electrical installation of the prefabs / building
and report to CI in case any discrepancies are observed.
14. Breakdown Maintenance
• Mobilization of well equipped teams with all required equipment and skilled manpower on 24X7
format for fault identification & rectification
• Help Desk informs the concerned region’s team leader in case of any fault / failure monitored, and
make sure the rectification is done by the mentioned team in defined SLA & KPI’s as per planned
outage.
• Generating proper documentation in specified formats for the event in context of :
1. Break down maintenance record
- Call registration
- Fault rectification record
- Call closure record
2. Down time and uptime analysis
• Further the following records shall be submitted to customer on monthly basis:
1. Internal records of the issue and consumption of spare parts, tools and consumables etc.

18. Documentation
• All the records including ( Alarms, Screen shots, panoramic, event
logs ) collected by Corrective and/or Preventive maintenance teams
will be forwarded to O&M Manager. And O&M Manager will be
responsible for forwarding these information/reporting to customer on
weekly basis and the frequency of the reporting can even be
arranged as per the customer requirements.
• All the spare parts will be recorded by Warehouse Responsible and
will report to O&M Manager by proper inventory reports.
• MIS will prepare their own daily reports and send to O & M Manager
on daily basis. Therefore, O&M Manager also will be aware for any
issue and will have the opportunity to be under service at any time for
the customer and/or its representatives.
19. Reporting to Customer
• Routine reports to be sent to the customer in hourly / daily / weekly /
monthly basis
• Routine reports for diesel supply according to CPH to be sent to the
customer in daily / weekly / monthly basis
• Separate record will be maintained for abnormalities exceeding the
SLA if any.
NOTE : Reporting frequency can be arranged as per the
customer needs.
20. Warehousing & Logistics
• All electronic equipments used in the projects, are stored on the
proper shelves and suitable air conditioned environment for
protection from humidity, extremely hot weather etc…
• All electronic equipments are transferred/transported to the sites with
their original packs or antistatic bags.
• Warehouse Stock Management and Inventory Control is regularly
monitored. The delivery reports are arranged for any kind of material
coming in or going out and the necessary track database is strictly
followed by Warehouse / Logistic Manager.
