2. CTO Oversee and facilitate the use of technology in all district classrooms. Assist schools and administrative departments in development and implementation of plans to address technology needs. Ensure that computer services operations and purchases are supportive of the instructional goals and objectives of the district and the attainment of the Campus Performance Objectives (Academic Excellence Indicator System).

3. District Director of Instructional Technology Identification and delivery of professional development programs and services for the educators in the district according to the needs of the district. Apply Instructional Technology resources to facilitate the maximum effectiveness and efficiency for the district. Direct the design, adaptation, integration and deployment of advancing technologies into the curricular activities of the district.

4. Campus Administration Monitor instructional and managerial processes to ensure that program activities are related to program outcomes and use findings to take corrective actions. Analyze and interpret student assessment data to use in making school improvement decisions. Translate the importance of effective curriculum and instruction practices on a regular basis.

5. The Role of the Administration on a Campus The campus principal has the responsibility of facilitating the relationship, communication, and collaboration between the Campus Technology Integration Specialist and the Teachers.
