CTO Oversee and facilitate the use of technology in all district classrooms.  Assist schools and administrative departments in development and implementation of plans to address technology needs. Ensure that computer services operations and purchases are supportive of the instructional goals and objectives of the district and the attainment of the Campus Performance Objectives (Academic Excellence Indicator System).
District Director of Instructional Technology  Identification and delivery of professional development programs and services for the educators in the district according to the needs of the district. Apply Instructional Technology resources to facilitate the maximum effectiveness and efficiency for the district. Direct the design, adaptation, integration and deployment of advancing technologies into the curricular activities of the district.
Campus Administration Monitor instructional and managerial processes to ensure that program activities are related to program outcomes and use findings to take corrective actions. Analyze and interpret student assessment data to use in making school improvement decisions.  Translate the importance of effective curriculum and instruction practices on a regular basis.
The Role of the Administration on a Campus The campus principal has the responsibility of facilitating the relationship, communication, and collaboration between the Campus Technology Integration Specialist and the Teachers. The principal also has the responsibility of researching and staying abreast of the instructional technology initiatives implemented by the district and evaluating the Implementation of their campus.
Coordinator of E-Learning Plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate e-Learning activities to encourage the integration of e-Learning and promote information literacy across the curriculum.  Develop e-Learning materials and resources for instructional staff to support the integration of e-Learning into teaching and learning.  Research, evaluate, and make recommendations on available e-Learning for use in teaching and learning.
Instructional Technology Specialist Demonstrate awareness of district and community needs related to instructional technology and initiate activities to meet those identified needs.  Coordinate, develop, and implement technology staff development programs at both campus and district levels to support current initiatives.  Plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate activities to encourage the integration of technology and promote information literacy across the curriculum.
Campus Technology Integration Specialist Coordinate and implement staff development and training at the campus level to support district initiatives.  Analyze campus technology training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.  Promote, support, and model technology-based instructional strategies and the integration of technology in the curriculum.
Teacher Conduct ongoing assessments of student learning and use results to plan and implement instruction.  Use available technologies as appropriate teaching and learning tools.  Integrate the instruction of technology into subject area teaching.
