From a workshop on 5-23-13 This course focuses on planning, producing and facilitating webinars and virtual classes. The technology, facilitator and participant preparation and logistics will be specifically examined. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: Select a format that matches goals and objectives Select audio and video options to support the format Use techniques and technology for successful virtual training and communication Properly prepare for a virtual session Identify increased opportunities for webinars and virtual classes
