This document provides suggestions for improving classroom management in large English classes. It begins with instructions for an activity where students brainstorm challenges of classroom management in groups and then discuss suggestions. The document then lists potential issues like not enough class time, student practice time, and resources. Suggestions are made such as starting class on time, using DO NOW activities led by students or the teacher, and calculating speaking practice time to ensure each student gets sufficient time. Other recommendations include establishing clear routines to eliminate confusion and increasing student reading, writing, and resource time through various activities.
