There are two teachers who teach at the same rural school in different time periods. The school lacks basic amenities like running water and electricity. The first teacher, Ms. Ann, documents her struggles in a diary that the second teacher, Mr. Song, discovers after she has left. Inspired by Ms. Ann, Mr. Song works to earn the trust of the few students at the school and searches for Ms. Ann to learn more about her. The biggest negative experience that I have had is with a previous employer, and it was my first day as a preschool teacher in a facility nearby. On my first day, I walked into a situation that made a huge impact on the way I viewed this facility. When I started that day, I was told that I would not be in “my classroom” that I would be filling in for a teacher that was out that day. I didn’t have an issue with that fact and was actually up for the challenge. But when I entered the classroom I noticed there were no rules, no structure, no lesson plans and the classroom was complete chaos. I managed to create some spur of the moment lessons and engaged in music as much as possible. Then when it was time for lunch, and I went to serve it, it was pure sugar and very unhealthy. I left for the day feeling defeated, tired, frustrated and stressed and nowhere to turn. I expressed my concerns throughout the day along with a lot of severe health issues to the owner and was brushed off. I care a lot about the children’s safety and their learning environment, and I felt like I was drowning. Needless to say, I ended up moving on from that position because I felt helpless and without a direction to improve anything.
I have had several positive experiences throughout my educational background. The classrooms were always welcoming, warm and inviting and it showed that the teachers cared about their classrooms and their students. Those classrooms made me excited about becoming a teacher and gave me something to work towards in the future.
“The foundation for successful learning and a safe and secure classroom climate is the relationship that teachers develop with their students (Sousa, Tomlinson, 2011)”. The teacher-student relationship is something that should be built on from day one. If the students do not trust or know you, they will feel uneasy and unsafe in the classroom environment. It is so important to form the relationship with your students to ensure communication and safety of your students. Another way to provide a positive learning environment is with your attitude. If you have a positive and fun attitude, it will show through your lessons and your students will enjoy being in your class every day which will affect how they learn. Lastly, the organization is a big key to a positive and stimulating learning environment. If your classroom is packed full of stuff or the students, do not know where materials are it can cause frustrations for you and your students.

- 3. In this Thai film, Song (Wisetkaew), a former competitive wrestler, becomes a teacher at the houseboat branch of Bann Gaeng Wittaya School. Located in a rural community, lacking running water and electricity and attended by just four students, this wasn’t quite what Mr. Song imagined when he signed up to teach. He discovers a diary belonging to Ms. Ann (Boonyasak), the teacher who preceded him, and after reading of her time with the students and of her personal struggles, he quickly becomes enamored with this woman without even knowing what she really looks like. He continues to earn the respect, trust and friendship of his young charges as he dreams of Ann, embarking on a quest to find her.
- 5. There is story about two teachers. They come to teach in the same school but in different time. They have a lot of problems: house-school situation is very bad, house is break. But they don’t give up because of children.
- 6. One of the most difficult aspects of teaching is the isolation it imposes on its practitioners. Teachers spend most of our days alone in their own classrooms, with our own students. Few opportunities are available to casually observe and easily learn from other teachers. Little time is available to consult with one's colleagues about a difficult student, a persistent management problem, or a lesson disaster.
- 7. My reflection to the movie was really entertaining. It made me realize lots of things in life and as a teacher. It taught me right morals and things that are not suppose to be done as a teacher. In this movie they also included love, courage, self- motivation, self respect and etc. As a teacher I should also follow the rules and regulations of the school that I'll be working. Be a good example to the student and in others. It made me think, how I act and respond towards my students.
