Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and maintenance of Insurance claims regarding Credit Card Machine.
• Handling of Merchant’s complaints at Merchant Help-Desk and login in System.
• Harmonizing of working coordination with Relationship Officers & Relationship Managers
and Dispute Resolution Department for amicable resolution of disputed issues.
• Coordination with Dispute Resolution Department regarding all queries related to Merchants
pan Pakistan.
• Coordination with all regions of Pakistan regarding Retrievals, Chargeback’s, dispute letter
and deductions issues.
• Properly maintenance of PAN Pakistan Credit Card Machine’s inventory.
• Issuance of POS terminals to field officers.
• Maintenance of POS related MIS’s.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
• Coordination with all field officers and resolve their issues.
• Coordination with Mailing, Finance, Administration, IT and other departments.
• Provide telephonic training to Merchants.
• Download Terminal for New Deployment and Replacement.
• Prepare Presentation on different projects
• Maintain Main Database regarding Business Volume.
• Project handling pan Pakistan & reporting to higher management.
• Support corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Forms designing & prepare agreement for customers with the consent of head of department.
