KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Focusing, on end to end order processing, delivery creation and to achieve the
process metrics
• Working in EMEA volume direct operations across seven regions involved in
order fulfilment and supply chain process (order management).
• Entering the order in SAP as per customer requirements within the given TAT
and accuracy.
• Responsible for end to end order completion and giving a healthy process
metrics.
• Proficient in maintaining healthy relations with clients and other stake holders
in implementing day to day operations, delivering defined metrics on a regular
basis.
• Direct contact for customers for any clarification/change in the order
• Working on SAP to release orders/blocks and perform changes and
cancellations within SAP system.
• Previously worked in Citrix Software as an end user: posting invoices,
updating customer profile, booking order for new customers etc.
• Had dealt with customer queries, including new and existing Sales, booking
engineer appointments, replacing order, change of address, moving home,
technical trouble shooting, billing and account adjustments for billing error,
applying credits when required, promoting offers, Order tracking and Order
Management, Customer retentions.
• Handled Customer service from Bangalore location single handedly and
contributed best results to operate business in Bangalore.
• Past activities included: getting orders from customer via phone, text and
email and process and execute sales orders in SAP.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report and analysis by
exporting date from SAP.
• Follow up for payment by reminders, bad debt collection and time to time
account reconciliation.
• Coordinating with customer via email, and phone call to track sales volumes
and resolving complaints. Complaint logging in SAP and resolve it within
TAT.
• Helping finance in billing issues, setting up credit limit and collecting payment
as per due date.
• Coordinating with Plant, logistics and customer to ensure timely delivery of
goods with zero delivery issue. Acting as a main business coordinator from
Bangalore with help of Retail and industrial Sales managers.
