ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Coordinate and compile system turnover packages and associated testing documents and loads the information into a turnover
package builder.
- Coordinate the development of the Project Scoping Documents and Project System Turnover Schedule. Ensures the scoping
documents are current and manages drawing revision control. Direct the records management activities of the Startup team in
accordance with regulatory procedures. Maintain complete historical records of Startup and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate acceptance and archiving of turnover package documentation
- Manage Punch list program after Mechanical and Electrical Completions
- Resolves daily administrative problems within the Pre-op Testing team
- Conduct or participates in periodic audits of document pre-op testing control folders and files to ensure accuracy and
consistency.
- Initiate and reply to routine correspondence related to area of responsibility
- Compile information; analyzes and prepares routine studies and reports as directed by supervisor
- Keep abreast of department technologies, techniques and services that are available and appropriate
- Help develop turnover plan for project testing and commissioning records
-Manage system scoping against P&IDs and other engineering drawings. Complete and maintain the Master Commissioning
Systems List. Provide input to system with scheduling and other team members. Coordinates with construction leads
representatives to obtain approval on work and work processes as they are accomplished.
