This document discusses Takayasu's Disease and Buerger's Disease, also known as thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO), which have a high prevalence in Oriental countries. It describes an endovascular approach for treating Buerger's Disease, including diagnostic ultrasound findings. The procedure is outlined briefly, noting differences in characteristics for atherosclerosis, diabetic arteriopathy, and Buerger's Disease. Clinical cases are presented before and after the endovascular procedure. The conclusion states the endovascular approach can be effective for Buerger's Disease due to intense vasovasorum development.
