PILLAR 2 (One minute praising)
• Help people to reach their full potential.
• Catch them doing something right and praise them
immediately.
• Tell them what they did right and how you feel about what
they did right.
• Stop for a moment of silence to let them feel how good you
feel and encourage them.
• Shake hand and support their success.
PILLAR 3 (One minute
Reprimand)• Tell them you are going to let them know how they are doing
in no certain terms.
• Reprimand people immediately.
• Tell them specifically where they went wrong and how you
feel about it.
• Stop few seconds to realize that they did.
• Shake hand .
• Remind them how much you value them.
