7. DISSATISFACTION STAGE
At this stage initial high expectations of
the team are seen as being more
difficult to achieve.
At this stage moral of the team is very
low and team is struggling with the
task as well as how to work together.
8. INTEGRATION STAGE
In this stage team learns to
work together resolving
differences and developing
confidence and morale so they
need support and
encouragement.
9. PRODUCTION STAGE
At this stage productivity is high as
team member have knowledge and
skill.
Morale is very high.
In this stage leaders can stand aside
or join them and let them work with
minimal interference.
10. LEADERSHIP STYLES
Effective leaders change their
leadership style depending on the
