 Responsible for close collaboration with inter-departments, sales, customer service, operation, pricing & account.
 Arranging daily fund outflows & managing them closely considering the per day requirement & shall not attract
any additional charges from shipping lines i.e. .Late Documentation charges.
 Handling key accounts of direct shippers which involve coordinating with direct shippers / client/shipping liners,
customer service/sales team for the approval and release B/L's within the time frame.
 Develop various new overseas agents for import/exports and interact with them for business development, all
type of queries, issues related to business purpose.
 Interacting with our overseas counterpart for sorting the queries raised by the shipper/cha/freight forwarders &
their queries related to documentation.
 Responsible for online AMS filing for USA thru authorize computer software, after taking the cargo planning
report from Marketing / Operation Department
 Responsible for documents dispatching to our overseas agent thru email by considering the importing country’s
customs rules, regulation & obligations
