SUMMARY : Ensure to cross check export BL particulars with Terminal receipts
(T.R) of vessel.
DESCRIPTION:
• To check all particulars ( weight, cartons, destination, form E number , commodity, containers &
seal numbers) of each Bs/L with TRs after sailing of each vessel.
• Checking Bs/L of Freight forwarders according to circular of state Bank of FEE02.
• Checking all the T/Rs, email customers if there any difference.
• Collect L.O.I with customers in any discrepancy in documents.
• Make amendments in B/Ls.
• Follow up with the customers through e-mails and phone calls.
• For roll over containers and any other operational issue follow-up with operation dep’t.
OBJECTIVE : Export B/L amendment after status 30.
SUMMARY : Ensure to amend/correction in b/l if required after status 30.
DESCRIPTION:
• VIP account H&M, DAMCO, DHL,etc. check all detail of shipment and correct them with revised
format and check with multiple TRs.
• After sailing of vessel, not loaded containers removed from b/ls .
• Do all the amendments in B/L
• Shipper’s, Cee’s name, packages, Marks and numbers, gross weight, net weight ,etc.
• To roll containers if not loaded on specific Vessel.
• Make sure with the customer if there any amendment charges or any other related charges.
• Cross check with the T/Rs and B/Ls all the description.
4. OBJECTIVE : Call Closure of vessel.
SUMMARY : Close all the vessels on given time period.( 5-6 Days)
DESCRIPTION:
• To Print all the B/Ls
• To print all Freight Invoices on system one by one, e.g. if we have 300 B/Ls in a vessel, all the
B/Ls printed one by one, not by Mass Printing option in LARA.
• All journey legs should be matched with LARA voyage.
• Remove extra Bookings from vessel ( if any)
• Inform other ports also, if load moves are not properly entered.
• Communicate with sales, pricing team in case of expire S.Qs, due to which Call Closure Report
interrupted.
• Resolve journey leg problems.
• Do all amendments in B/Ls.
