happen to the American dollar. With our interest rates decreasing to 0% there has been no incentive for

If they stop purchasing our debt, their currency, and thus their economy, will go right into the toilet
along with ours. If they decide to sell the U.S. debt that they hold, the U.S. dollar will take a huge hit,

Patrick Troughton s Second Doctor may have the least influence inspiring this new version, but the
element s are there. This Doctor is known for being a calculating schemer and manipulator, who acted
a bit of a fool to get his enemies to underestimate him. We certainly saw some of that in the opening
