● Recruitment
● Creatively source qualified, top-notch candidates for a diverse range of levels and functional areas
and across several geographies (sourcing includes extensive cold-calling as well as internet and
database searches and networking).
● Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best and brightest talent to fill active job openings,
and build a pipeline of candidates for future needs. Screen and conduct first round interviews on
sourced leads to determine appropriate potential fit within the organization.
● Collaborate with Recruiting Managers to both develop and lead recruiting programs (e.g. college
recruiting initiatives, internship programs, and advertising/PR) that effectively generate qualified leads.
● Conduct research on target companies and passive candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, in
addition to other online resources -Assist with recruitment advertising, recommending new sites/tools to
drive timely and cost-efficient hiring of the best talent on the market.

DROP & SHOP services, I submitted a detailed report explaining following analysis and suggestions
Need Analysis: Parents are in need of DROP & SHOP services for various factors and I found them to be
interesting in the concept and willing to use services.
Constraints : Adaptability of each child changes based on their attitude, Security and safe
handling of their children is major concern for parents.
