Background
• CCHBC	recently	completed	it’s	SC	Functionalization	journey,	
initiated	in	2014
• S&OP	Process	Standardization	was	from	the	very	beginning	
identified	as	a	MUST	have	and	CORE	priority
• A	dedicated	X-Functional	team	was	established,	to	Roll	out	
Standardization	along	with	All	28	Countries
• The	S&OP	Standardization	journey	took	almost	24	month	to	
complete
