This document summarizes research on structuring home cooking recipes to improve cooking efficiency. The research aims to 1) create structured recipe data from existing Japanese recipes to allow computer processing, 2) propose weekly menus that use ingredients fully by adjusting recipe amounts, and 3) schedule cooking steps for the shortest total preparation time. Existing recipe texts contain ambiguous information for computers, so the research involves manually creating structured recipes with standardized formats for ingredients, amounts, and step-by-step processes.
