TURN THE WINNING SKETCHES
INTO A STORYBOARD
Think forward how you are going
to measure success…at the end

Customer interviews will reveal
big patterns.
At the end of the week,
you’ll know what to do next.
If you do 3 sprints in a row…

TO HIRE SMART PEOPLE
AND THEN TELL THEM
WHAT TO DO; WE HIRE
SMART PEOPLE SO THEY

Editor's Notes

  • #6 On Monday, you’ll map out the problem and pick an important place to focus. On Tuesday, you’ll sketch competing solutions on paper. On Wednesday, you’ll make difficult decisions and turn your ideas into a testable hypothesis. On Thursday, you’ll hammer out a high-fidelity prototype. And on Friday, you’ll test it with real live humans.
  • #21 How we can measure this and realize it is successful or not?
  • #23 These aren’t just going to be one screen, they’re going to be full click throughs. The user will be able to find beans and add them to their cart.
