This document outlines the 150 phonemes that make up the Vietnamese phonetic alphabet. It is divided into four main sections that describe the 21 initial consonant sounds, 20 final consonant sounds, 85 single vowel sounds (monophthongs), and 24 double vowel sounds (dipthongs). Tables and diagrams are provided to illustrate each set of phonemes. The purpose is to present an overview of the phonetic structure of the Vietnamese language.
