What is Social selling
 Social selling is when salespeople use social media to interact
directly with their prospects. Salespeople will provide value by
answering prospect questions and offering thoughtful content until
the prospect is ready to buy.
The consumer has changed
- has your business too?
• Awareness is created by traditional marketing
• 98% of consumers will go online to research
before buying
• 70% of service providers are eliminated in this
stage
• 30% will receive a call in the evaluation stage
• this is where traditionally started reaching
out to our customers
• Happy customers will become your best
advertisers
• Word of mouth is now word of web
Educate don’t sell
 Share your ideas

 Help others wherever you can
 Instead of being a hunter or a farmer,
become a magnet
