How to be More Effective in Your Fundraising/Marketing Job!The Nation
If you want to be more effective in your current fundraising job you should review this presentation. We provide information on how to gain the skills to be effective at fundraising via social media and online sites.
The best way for brands to reach their consumer is by meeting them where they are, in the moments that matter. With over 2.3 billion people on Social Media you’re better able to anticipate when those moments will happen and know why they occur, helping you create interactions that are more likely to be meaningful.
Social Media is no longer a nice add on to your marketing efforts- it is your quintessential toolkit for reaching your consumer through targeting efforts that deliver measurable results. It is the best way to truly understand a brand’s audience - where they are, where they’re going, what they care about, what entertains them, what they want to learn, with whom they connect, and with whom they’d like to connect in the future. Brands are then able to target those consumers by demographic, location, device and interests. Social Media marketing efforts can be measured against almost any KPI in including brand sentiment, brand mentions, share of social voice, reach, impressions, spend, cost per click, cost per engagement etc.
Social Media is one of the most cost-effective ways for a brand to create awareness; build consideration; drive purchase and foster advocacy.

Are you pulling your hair out with your content marketing plan? Sometimes we curse at content marketing (shaking my fist in the air). I am a big fan of the KISS (Keep it simple, silly) method. Here is a simple process to follow for your content marketing.
Vest Energy Renewable Energy Crowdfunding Eunice Robson
Vest Energy’s mission is to promote and facilitate renewable energy projects that slow or reverse catastrophic climate change. Our goal is to promote projects that will find solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce global warming, eliminate energy poverty and boost economic growth. How do we do this? By empowering those with great ideas, such as solarpreneurs, product inventors, communities and advocates for the environment to raise needed cash through our crowdfunding platform at vestenergy.com. We are environmentally conscious and want to make a direct ecological impact on the world. Our goal is to slow or reverse climate change by supporting projects that protect and help the environment.
Social Media is a platform where you can create a life-long relationship with your audience by simply gaining their trust and loyalty. But how is Social Media related to Return on Relationship? The key to measuring social is understanding your Return on Relationship, which I believe is measured through Organic Engagement, Community Management, Sentiment Monitoring and much more.

Welcome to The Beginner's Guide to Social Media!
"Social media" is a way for people to communicate and interact online. While it has been around since the dawn of the World Wide Web, in the last 10 years or so we've seen a surge in both the number and popularity of social media sites. It's called social media because users engage with (and around) it in a social context, which can include conversations, commentary, and other user-generated annotations and engagement interactions.

zkStudyClub - Reef: Fast Succinct Non-Interactive Zero-Knowledge Regex ProofsAlex Pruden
This paper presents Reef, a system for generating publicly verifiable succinct non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs that a committed document matches or does not match a regular expression. We describe applications such as proving the strength of passwords, the provenance of email despite redactions, the validity of oblivious DNS queries, and the existence of mutations in DNA. Reef supports the Perl Compatible Regular Expression syntax, including wildcards, alternation, ranges, capture groups, Kleene star, negations, and lookarounds. Reef introduces a new type of automata, Skipping Alternating Finite Automata (SAFA), that skips irrelevant parts of a document when producing proofs without undermining soundness, and instantiates SAFA with a lookup argument. Our experimental evaluation confirms that Reef can generate proofs for documents with 32M characters; the proofs are small and cheap to verify (under a second).

Observability Concepts EVERY Developer Should Know -- DeveloperWeek Europe.pdfPaige Cruz
Monitoring and observability aren’t traditionally found in software curriculums and many of us cobble this knowledge together from whatever vendor or ecosystem we were first introduced to and whatever is a part of your current company’s observability stack.
While the dev and ops silo continues to crumble….many organizations still relegate monitoring & observability as the purview of ops, infra and SRE teams. This is a mistake - achieving a highly observable system requires collaboration up and down the stack.
I, a former op, would like to extend an invitation to all application developers to join the observability party will share these foundational concepts to build on:
