This document summarizes a student research project that developed a smart cabin system using ESP and IoT technologies. The system allows a user to control appliances and sensors in a cabin through a mobile app. Key features included automated control of lights, fans, curtains, odor dispensers, and door locks. Sensors monitored for gas leaks and different modes optimized the cabin for work, relaxation, or free time. An ESP32 board connected the sensors to a mobile app via WiFi. The easy-to-use, low-cost system aimed to improve work efficiency and productivity for employees working remotely. Evaluation of a prototype showed the system successfully automated various cabin functions through a smartphone interface.
