How our culture supports digital • Everyone takes responsibility for digital • Teams owning some digital platforms – e.g. e-learning • Comms team input during project • Valuing expertise • ‘Just do it’ attitude • Scale up approach (if it works) • Accepting that things will go wrong sometimes / it’s better to try • Support from Senior Management to focus on one project really well instead of spreading ourselves too thin • Very few levels of sign off. Small is great! Being trusted.
