This document discusses different types of serpiginous corneal ulcers, including hyphopyon ulcers, Moorhen's ulcers, and phlyctenular (fascicular) ulcers. Hyphopyon ulcers are characterized by a central, undermined edge and sterile pus in the anterior chamber. Moorhen's ulcers form a crescent-shaped ulcer near the limbus with central and peripheral edges.
