„No Poverty“
about?
• Goal 1 calls for an end to poverty in all
its manifestations by 2030
• The aim is to save people who are
harmed by economic, social and
ecological events
4. Why is goal 1 „No Poverty“ important to achieve?
- It will save the people who die of poverty
- To make the world a battler place for all people so, the
poor people can live happily an to have their basic rights
- They are also rescued if they can live out their basic
needs, drink clean water and eat healthy food

1 „No Poverty“ in
- Our school is a fair-trade school. That means that our school and the city
of Goslar are in favor of fair pay for workers
- In this way, the workers get a fair price for the
money and must suffer less from poverty

8. What can you (as a young person) do to help
reaching your goal/SDG
- Donate food and drink
- Donate clothes - Buy more fair trade products
- Support organizations that are
against poverty
- Inform myself about the SDGs
- Educate my Friends, Colleagues, and
Families about the SDGs
