Joseph Howard has over 9 years of experience in civil engineering and construction management. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2013. Currently, he works as a Field Engineer for Parsons Construction Group where he oversees pile driving operations for the Pea Island Bridge project. He has held engineering and construction internships with several companies including Goldman Sachs, Peter Kiewit Sons, Sierra Nevada Corporation, and Hartwig & Associates. Howard has certifications in OSHA, forklift operation, erosion control, and crane safety.
