5. When you ask us to spin yarn, we do it at a spinning division that takes a little over
four and a half hours to walk through. We source our technology from industry
leaders, spending millions anually to keep up with modern trends and techniques.
And when it comes to the yarn, we produce coarse, heavy and fine counts. We
manufacture our produce by utilizing the finest cotton and decades of experience in
the spinning industry.

When you require us to knit, we use the expertise of a team of technicians who sport
years of experience and have completed a range of holistic textile courses. Knitting
being a complex process, calls for the highest degree of skill and technological
brilliance. Our expansive knitting plant uses over ninety five different machines from
Japan, Singapore, Germany, Italy and France that feature the best technology that the
industry has to offer.

When you ask us to dye cloth, we apply the intelligence of one of the most
extensive color labs in the industry. Thousands of man hours are spent on color
generation and tone specific analytics, using the most advanced equipment to
ensure that every bit of detail is adhered to as per your specifications. Azo free
dyes are used and a reverse osmosis feed tank plant are used to seal our bond
with nature and the environment.

6. This department oversees operations and implements new industrial
techniques at our plants. They consult with the labour force and review
efficiency reports to determine whether new equipment, labour, or systems
should be implemented to improve production efforts. They ensure that
deliveries are made on time, keeping costs low, productivity rates high, and
labourers happy with their jobs.
The department mediates marketing and production departments. It focuses
on space optimization through effective Brand/Package allocation, focusing
on gaining first position, providing greatest exposure of brands to all
consumers, creating a consistent, orderly and clean appearance for the
products, maximizing the use of POS to increase consumer awareness of
brand and promotions.
The design department is responsible for the creation and management of
designs and graphics that will go ahead to become innovative products. Our
design support is based out of multiple centres in Europe, consisting of
trendy and updated designers who can cater to global tastes.
Our forward thinking human resource department is devoted to providing
effective policies, procedures, and people-friendly guidelines and support
within our organisation. Additionally, the human resource function serves to

on a digitized control process. We use perfected delivery systems, bulk ink
cartridges, automated print head maintenance and superior print control software.
This allows for smoother ink flow, lower maintenance and wastage along withhigher

When you ask us to stitch, we put to work hundreds of production lines that use the
most modern and sophisticated equipment. All our stitching equipment is imported
and is constantly updated to keep us ahead of the crowd. Our work force has been

special training sessions and workshops that aim at continually enhancing their
abilities. We have stringent quality control policies designed especially for stitching,
