This document provides information about Nice Denim Mills, the largest denim factory in Bangladesh. It was founded in 2014 and produces 66 million yards of denim annually. The company produces a wide range of denim fabrics using various yarns and processes like ring, open end, slub, blended, and mixed warp yarns. It has over 1900 employees and exports to major markets worldwide.

3. ABOUT NICE DENIM
MILLS
We produce a range of products from 2.5 oz to 15 oz Denim
Fabrics. Our denims are in a variety of Colors, Shades and Cast
of basic Indigos and Sulphur topping & Bottoming; in different
kind of Cottons and variety of Blends.
We make basic Denims as well as Premium quality Denims like
Bi-Stretch Denims, Warp Stretch Denims, Comfort Stretch
Denims, Power Stretch Denim, Multi-fiber Super Stretch
Denims, Multi-fiber blended Lighted Denim, Colored Denims,
Coated Denims, Printed Denims etc.; for the most discerning
Customers over the globe.

5. In addition, we have our own garments with a capacity of
approximately 3 million garment pieces monthly with
fabric composition of 100% cotton, cotton blended poly,
blended spandex, pure lyocell, pure & bended viscose. We
have introduced the Greenville brand in Rope Dyeing with
the production capacity of 80 million yards per annum.
Recognizing the responsibility to manage environmental
footprint, we have also established a world class ETP Plant
Facility that ensures environmentally compliant effluent
conforming to standards set by the Bangladesh
government. Furthermore, we are also concentrating on
various CSR initiatives.

6. We use internationally accepted test procedures for our Quality Assurance System such as
“American Standards Textile Materials” (ASTM), “American Association of Textile Chemists and
Colorists” (AATCC) and “ISO Standard” Testing Procedures. It employs the American 4.0-point
demerit inspection system applied on 100 percent quality inspection. We also take pride in being
OEKO-TEX certified.
Our R&D activities with fabric and washing enable us to offer buyers with latest fabric development
along with latest washes and finishes appropriate for the fabrics and applicable in garments forms.
Our sample shop produces garment and leg panel samples to present the fabric’s concept. The
Merchandizing Group suggests the uses and applications of the company’s product – from Styling,
Silhouettes and different washing finishes. In addition, we provide after-sales service to address
customer concerns with quick response visits and discussion with buyers.
