RCG has installed 2 windmills of total 2 mw capacity taking care of the entire power requirements of
the group at cost of Rs.150 million. These 2 machines are the latest from Neg-Micon & Suzlon - Denmark.

18. Giving Back to the Society
The goods supplied by RCG are free from banned Azo dyes and assorted
chemicals. RCG factories are ISO 9001, SA 8000 and wrap (world wide
responsibleapparelproduction)certified.
RCG does not encourage child labour, instead they have initiated a children's education scheme for
the economically backward. RCG provides its staff with clean, hygienic and safe working environment in
accordance with international standards and undertakes regularly seminars on waste management and
environmental protection. RCG believes in the green world movement and over 10,000 trees have been
plantedaspartofanongoingprocesstomakethisagreenglobe.

19. Since 2004, RCG has planted 10,000 Tree Saplings and maintained for 3 years and handed over to
local body administration
In 2006 De-Silting of Lake was done and after 30 years gap, this 75 acres tank is wide spread with
pure water and fish breading started.
His excellency Former president Dr.A.P.J
Abdul Kalam - Life documentary was done by
RCG and released in 2008.
In 2009, 24 Class rooms are built along with a Toilet Complex for Iduvampalayam Panchayat school,
with compound wall for 10 Acres, and today 2500 Children can afford better standard education.
