With different fabric types (silk, linen, cotton, viscose, polyester and their blends etc.) and different fabric finishes
(easy care, non-iron, nano technology, antibacterial, water and oil repellent, etc.) we make products for customers
own brand label. We also provide a wide range of planning and consultancy with pattern design, accessories,
printing and embroidery applications.
Our company provides meticulous service at all stages of the production, starting from scratch, i.e., preparation of
the collection; all the way to the shipment of finished products. In addition, we cooperate with partner companies
to provide our customers with services in advertising and marketing techniques (including product promotion), all
kinds of digital support and the necessary visuals for them. We provide services with our expert teams for Fast
Fashion product shootings, images and shootings for web sales, social media management and content support.

SAGAS started its activities in 2008 to offer fast and reliable solutions for the
selection and planning of all institutional needs especially in Istanbul and Izmir area.
As of 2020-2021, SAGAS has begun doing business with companies that produce
ready-made clothing and apparel to meet industry demands. This enabled us to
position ourselves as to produce any order. Over the years, SAGAS has worked with
large companies that have been operating in weaving and knitting production groups,
and with its professional management team, it has become a well-recognized name
in the sector.

production analyses.

At the design stage, we can offer you endless variants about
technical detail support, product colors and patterns, fabric
selections and designs, embroidery or print types, and
accessory options.

4. FABRIC PROCUREMENT
One of our strongest areas of expertise is the variety of fabrics and the ability to dye and
design fabrics if desired.
While we can custom produce fabrics in the texture, weight and finish to meet your needs,
you can also pick from the wide selection of ready-made fabric types we will offer you.
You can add more value and quality to tour products with different finishing options for the
fabrics you choose which range from silk to linen or cotton, from viscose to polyester and
their blends.
In our finishing works include: smart fabric technologies, easy care, non-iron, water/oil/stain
repellency, perfumed fabric, antibacterial and anti-stress, silky touches etc.
TEMPLATES
We can provide custom CAD-CAM drawings for your products patterns and gradings, based
on the technical details provided by you.
Or, if your product does not have technical detail information, we can create your patterns in
requested sizes for your product.
Revision and fitting planning of the prepared patterns is done according to customer criteria
or brands input. Following the pattern approval, the production stages of the entire
collection are planned. The process continues with the calculation of general raw material
expense and planning of the number of products to be released.

CONFECTION
It is very important for us to achieve the best quality during the production phase. For this we apply a series of controls.
Fabric & Material control and tests:
Samples taken from the fabric procured from supplier, are checked whether the fabric meets the desired type, color and quality
specifications of our customer and if required, washing and shrinkage tests are performed.
Pattern & Marker and cutting controls:
The prepared patterns and markers are checked and laid out, during which the fabric quality control and cutting is done.
Intermediate production controls:
Inspection of products that are on the sewing lines. Size checks and quality control is performed on randomly selected samples.
Final control: General control of all finished products.
Post-production quality controls:
A final quality check is done just before your order is shipped. Verification of both the product and the packaging.
The products that pass all these stages are finally ironed, packaged and placed in the appropriate box sizes. Boxes are prepared for
shipment by placing information forms on the box and, if necessary, wrapped in stretch films to avoid water ingress.
