We also Analyzed exemplar work, looked at different blog types and deconstructed magazine covers We then Updated our blogs Monday 12th September Created a mood board and started a mind map, we researched genres

Received survey monkey results and handed out 4 copies of my questionnaire Monday 10th October In our recent lessons we finished our hand drawn drafts and we finished collecting data on survey monkey and our questionnaires. We then started our Primary research reflections Monday 17th October We started our front cover and learned new techniques in Photoshop We continued our mind map on our school magazine front cover. Begun preliminary task: Half Term Monday 31st October Monday 7th November Added to corrections Continued Photoshop preliminary task, school magazine front cover Monday 14th November We progressed with our Photoshop preliminary task Edited my main image, moved cover lines and repositioned puff promotion. Finished Barcode, repositioned coverlines, moved puff promotion and
- 4. strapline. Monday 21st November I finished my Front Cover and I added my editorial image to my contents page. I added the Date, Cover Lines and Editorial information. I added my editorial and editors information, signature and web address Monday 28th November Corrections Monday 5th December In my recent lessons I started my maintask and created a basic house style for my magazine front cover. I used the fonts 'Market Deco' and 'Olympic Branding'. I have finished my barcode, I only need to add in the price of my magazine and the barcode will be finished. Monday 12th December Main Task Front Cover was updated. I added a: Mast Head, Cover lines and Background. Corrections Monday 19th December Christmas Holidays
- 5. Wednesday 4th January Today I added 4 smaller images to my cover lines. I cropped, resizedand positionedthe images according to my cover less. These bring more attentionto the cover lines and make the front cover more appealing and eye catching to readers. Added a list of pages and adjusted the header to fit correctly wit the intended style. I also added new bleeds to keep the format I have intended for my contents. Monday 9th January I found a finite style for my contents page In today's lesson, I changed the strokes and in some cases removedthem to make the image seem closer to its counterpart. I also realized and added some more text to fill space and make it appear more appealing.
- 6. added an editorial to my contents Wednesday 25th In today's lesson I: changed font colours, added a drop capital, socialmedia links, page numbers and web links.
- 7. Friday 27th In today's lesson, I movedthe 'Nirvana Logo',correctedsome spelling and punctuation,added the mastheadabove the Barcode and re-aligned text with shapes to make the text stand out more. All of these add to the aesthetically pleasing style. Monday 30th After editing the magazine pages (specificallythe barcode and puff promotion) I finished, savedand then uploaded all three of the pages and my other coursework onto the my word press account
