4. Christmas Holidays
Monday 6th January 2014 Started my double page spread and added the main image
with some text about who the article was about. Also, I
completed my hand drawn draft for my double page spread.
Monday 13th January 2014 Started to write the article for my double page spread. Added
some smaller images to the page and a quote from the article.
Monday 20th January 2014 Put my article into more columns to spread it out across the
page. Also, I changed the colour of the box at the top of my
screen to make sure that it was kept consistent with the
colour scheme that I’m using for my magazine. I then added
her album covers to that box with the name of the album and
the date that the album was released so that the audience
have more information on Katie Melua.
Monday 10th February
2014
Created 8 different questions in word for my questionnaire
and then transferred them to survey monkey so that people
were able to answer these questions. Completed my survey
monkey in order to conduct audience research so that I will
know how I can make my magazine relate and attract the
target audience that I want. Also took screenshots of every
question that I put into my survey monkey, put them into my
log book and then analysed them in detail.

5. Monday 24th February
2014
Continued doing my log book and analyzing the
questionnaire.
Completed the corrections that needed to be made to my
double page spread.
Monday 3rd March 2014 Started my evaluation and completed the first question. I
analysed my front cover, contents page and double page
spread.
Completed more questions in my evaluation and analysed
many things to do with my magazine such as the audience
and social groups. Also looked at publisher research for
‘Bauer Media Group’ and added that into my evaluation.
