SAVING A PUBLICATION
Click on the File then Save.
Press Ctrl + S.
Or you may do these:
1. Click on the button on the Standard
Toolbar. The Save As dialog box will
open.

2. In the Save In list box, select the
location (drive or folder) where you
want to save the publication.
3. Type the name you want for your
publication in the Filename box.
4. Click on Save or press Enter.
SAVING A PUBLICATION
The Save As dialog box is only
displayed when you are saving a
file for the first time.
If you want to display the Save As
dialog box again, use the Save As
command instead.
OPENING A PUBLICATION
1. Open MS Publisher.
2. Do any of the following:
Press Ctrl + O.
Click File > Open.
Click File > Recent.

3. Look for the publication you want
to open in the display area or click
the Look in dropdown arrow and
locate the publication you want to
open.

4. Select the publication you want to
open.
5. Click Open or press Enter.
CREATING A FOLDER
Display the Save As dialog box
pressing Ctrl + S, or the Open
dialog box by pressing Ctrl + O.
If necessary, look for a different
drive or folder where you want to
place your new folder.

Click on the Create New Folder
button or press Alt + 5. The Create
New Folder dialog box appears.
Type the name of the folder and
click on OK.

Right click on the mouse.
Click on the New > Folder.
Enter the name of your folder.
Press Enter button.
Click Save.
