• Assists the Relationship Manager/Account officer in the implementation of loan transactions and servicing

opening of TCD accounts; Correct Rate Code Application; Monitoring of Unbilled Accounts.
• Ensures the correctness and integrity of the BA's Business Intelligence (BI)- generated data and the BA's
submission of BV drivers tags
• Regularly presents the over-all performance of the DMZs, Business Zones, Business Area during
Quarterback meetings
• Participates in the Business Area Leadership Team's (BALT) Meetings and Business Zone' performance
reviews and monitors the action items, contributes to the resolution of the gaps identified
