Profile
Graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Been working as an
Accounting Staff in a Property Management Entity for almost four years. For my first 3
years I was assigned as an accounting assistant wherein I am entitled for billing and
collection. As for my third year up to present I am the property accountant. I am an all-
around accounting staff. My job is to ensure that books of accounts are completely
furnished. I prepare all the necessary reports and schedules as an attachment or basis for
the monthly Financial Statements. I am also entitled to comply all the government
requirements such as permits, taxes and licenses. As a property management staff we deal
with so many types of client in a day to day basis. I interact with people regarding with
their concerns about their respective units.
