Responsibility
To manage the overall business and administrative aspects of all operations works, sales & Marketing

Financial –
 Ensure targets for Gold Loan, thereby ensuring achievement of Branch Level targets.
 As a member of the team participated in national/zonal/regional Sales Contests.
 Developing marketing strategies with sales department to increase volume.
 Develop, Manage and implement key marketing elements including advertising, media
promotions, collateral, public relations, direct and channel marketing to develop vertically
strategic objectives.
 Establish and maintain quality sales standard, as measured by productivity, customer complaints
and repetitive business. Ensure cross selling.
 Proven record of maintaining, verifying, balancing allocated cash drawer, including proper trial
balancing all through the day.
Customer -
Ensure that all customer complaints have been addressed on a daily basis by interacting with regional
office; ensure that all complaints are described in the customer compliant register. Keep track of
outstanding and overdue loans / payments and follow up with the concerned customers on repayment.
