EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
• Graduation from D.U in 2002.
• 10+2 from C.B.S.E in 1999.
• Metric Passed From C.B.S.E in 1997.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
• Passed 3-years degree in Hotel Management from
NCHMCT&AN Pusa from Jaipur in 2005.
• Six-Months Industrial Training from Delhi ASHOK
under ITDC.
• Basic Knowledge of Computer (MS WORD, MS
EXCEL, MS POWER POINT& INTERNET)
• 4months Diploma in Cruise Galley Operation ( Aug
– Dec 2008).
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Worked at THE CHAKRAS a multicuisine
restaurant in HOTEL SAMRAT as commis II for
10 months (i.e - Jan 2006 – Nov 2006 ).
• Worked at Le Meridien Hotel a five-star deluxe
hotel at New Delhi for 1 yrs and 8 months as
commis I (i.e – Nov 2006 – July 2008).
• Worked at Princess Cruiseliners for 3 yrs as 2nd
cook or D.C.D.P (i.e– March 2009 – Oct 2011).
KEY ROLES:
1. Was incharge of the Hamburger section so had
to ensure smooth functioning of the section in
the first contract.
2. Worked in the sauce and soup section in the
next two contract.
3. Was responsible for daily ordering and
maintainance of the store following the FIFO
rule.
4. Ensure implementation of HACCP in day to day
operation of the outlet.
5. Ensuring U.S.P.H(United States Public Health)
Standards compliance in the section.
6. Following Three Bucket System i.e, wash,rinse
and sanitise.
7. Ensuring implementation of highest hygiene
standards set by the Princess Management.
8. Maintaining of all the logs and time and
temperature records relating to the food
hygiene aspect.
9. Regular monitoring of all equipments and
machines.
• Working at The Leela Hotel, New Delhi since 2nd
January 2012 as D.C.D.P till date.
