Duties and Responsibilities
 Setup of bar according to SOPs of corporate guideline.
 Delivering Beverage to every Food & Beverage outlet accordingly.
 To requisite the requisition for liquors and wine.
 Making various Cocktails and Mocktails as per guest orders.
 Maintaining inventory of liquors and wines of three different outlets.
 Inventory check of all the items once the bar is closed.
