Questionnaire:
As it was already mentioned in research design, one type of primary data used for this research was
questionnaire. Questionnaire consisted of 18 questions and the sample size was 58 respondents.
Fifty five people stated that they are using either eBay, Amazon or both websites for their online
shopping.
Amazon s and Bay s customers are mostly buying home garden furniture 37 respondents, following by
books 34 candidates, collectibles 29 people, electronics 24 respondents. The least selling products on

Graph below compares answers about eBay s and Amazon s best and worst features:
When asked what in the opinion of respondents are the advantages of buying goods/services online,
fifty one stated that it convenience, fifty four answered accessibility , forty seven said that it is cheaper
price, following by 38 respondents ticking wider range and 34 comparability .
In contradiction to the above question, 37 candidates stated that the biggest disadvantage of online
shopping are concerns about receiving different product than ordered, 33 respondents are anxious
about not being able to physically touch and see the product before purchasing it, 28 people are
worried about security and privacy issues. Twenty five are not willing to wait for good for long time
and lastly 16 people are concerned about not being able to return the product.
When asked what is the best marketing approach to advertise an online shop, the results were as
showed in the graph below: Regarding the customer service that eBay and Amazon are providing, the
number are not excellent. Fourteen Amazon s customer stated that they are not happy with their
customer service, on the eBay side the negative answers were almost double (27 people). Next
question asked was about how does eBay s and Amazon s website load on candidate s screen. The

Cecil was 26 years old when his father, the first lord of Baltimore, died. At this time he inherited all of
his fathers lands and money, including the land now known as Maryland. Now it was Cecil jobs to set
up and govern the newly established Maryland. He was an intelligent man but didn t have the years of
knowledge that his father had in governing colonies. Cecil was a wild card in that people were unsure

a voice to people who would normally not have one. The fact that it was often the sole voice for a
marginalized community meant that the genre has often shouldered the burden of being a genuine

Therefore there was a decline in extremist parties such as the Communists and the National Socialists
because many Germans didn t want an extreme change and liked Germany as it was. This was a
turning point for Germany because it seemed that the extremist parties would not be capable of getting
