During the Han and Roman civilizations many new developments of useful technology took place, at
the hands of thousands of people. The Romans built brilliant new technologies such as their aqueducts
and the creation of concrete which helped build better, stronger structures. The Han also had
technologies they developed to help their society, such as their agricultural advancements with
farming tools and the using the ox. Attitudes towards the technology at the time for each civilization
caused pride and encompassed order to accumulate success, but the Han viewed workers more equally
than the Romans did in the making of these magnificent advances.
Both the Han and Roman empires exhibited the need for control and order in the development of new
technologies. They strived for their new creations to be the best, and aimed for perfection. In the
creation of Roman aqueduct, there was an extremely structured pattern to follow in building the

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
The ability of Pleurotus citrinopleatus and Aspergillus niger exposed to two doses of gamma
irradiation (1 and 2 KGy) and immobilized on wheat straw to decolorize the dyes had been studied.
Table 2 shows peaks of wavelengths of different types of dyes before and after decolorization. Peaks
of reactive red 6 BX, direct brown BN, direct yellow 5 G, disperse orange 2RLS, disperse violet 3RS,
sulpher black Br and sulpher brown SG were at 295, 240, 400, 444, 499, 220 and 250nm were
disappeared respectively after decolorization with tested fungi.

The United States government has a high mandatory minimum for first time nonviolent drug charges.
Therefore, offenders stay in the prison system longer and facilities are not able to properly provide the
necessary accommodations to catch up due to the increase of non violent prisoners that fill the system.

is that the United States government is trying to come up with better mandatory sentencing and

were more than 12 million arrests in 2011, the question of how to adjudicate these cases has become
an issue for the federal, state and local courts across the country. The overcrowding of our court
dockets has become a major problem for court administrators working in every courthouse in the
United States. Why the courts are so overcrowded, and how the court administrators, judges, and
