CST inspected five bolted tanks at your facility on June 28, 2017. The inspected tanks consisted
of five bolted tanks 15 dia (10 staves) by 48 tall (6 rings). Three tanks are currently in service
with a dry product of plastic pellets. Two were out of service for inspection. The purpose of this
inspection was to check the integrity of each tank due to the recent purchase by Mohawk of the

projects from his early career is Unity Temple near his home and studio in Oak Park. Unity
Temple was a replacement church for Unitarian Universalist Church that had burned down in
1905. Unity Temple was not just an ordinary commission for Wright since he was a parishioner of
the Unitarian Church in Oak Park. When Unity Church burned to the ground in June 1905, Wright
was awarded the commission. He wanted a modern building that would embody the principles of
unity, truth, beauty, simplicity, freedom and reason. For Wright, the church was meant to be a
temple for man to worship god, which coincided with Wright s decision to abandon the typical

The purpose of this paper is to document the genetic disease hypertrichosis. Using articles, and web
sources we will outline the history, genetic basis, and different treatments of this genetic disease.
Hypertrichosis literal meaning is excess of hair growth. The elemental genetic defect remains
unknown because there are many factors at work. There is a debate if hypertrichosis is an
autosomal or X linked disease, since there have been documented cases of both. However, there are
certain chromosomal defects that have proven to be present in many patients. Certain diseases and
environmental triggers are known to be associated with hypertrichosis. Although this disease is
nonfatal, it can be embarrassing and unpleasant for the patient. Excess hair can manifest itself on
the hands, face, and body. There are few treatments aside from cosmetic procedures. There remains
no known cure for hypertrichosis.

In Frank Jackson s paper, Epiphenomenal Qualia, Jackson rejects physicalism, a philosophical
theory that states that everything in the world that exists, including all that is mental, is physical.
Additionally, physicalists believe that everything in the world can be explained through the laws of
fundamental physics. Furthermore, Jackson uses thought experiments such as Mary s room, in
order to demonstrate the non physical nature that certain experiences can create. Rather, Jackson
believes that these non physical experiences can be explained by information known as
epiphenomenal qualia. In this paper, I argue that Jackson successfully introduces epiphenomenalism
and proves his theory that physicalismis false, since there are certain experiences, or qualia , that we
have that can t simply be explained through physical notions.
In order to fully understand how Jackson came up with his argument, one must first understand
what the words physicalism and epiphenomenal qualia actually mean in relation to Jackson s paper.
Jackson explains physicalism as a certain type of materialism, which is the belief that there s only
one main substance in the world and that is matter, or the physical material that make up the

Is it worth risking your life to protect your belongings and property when a Category 5 hurricane
is barreling towards your city? Is it right to disregard reports about a storm because in past
experiences the news has been wrong? In Zeitoun by Dave Eggers, a man named Zeitoun decides
to let his family evacuate New Orleans without him so that he can stay behind and protect his
several homes, business, and personal belongings from Category 5 hurricane Katrina. Once the
hurricane passes, and he survives, the city turns into chaos. The streets turn violent and the great
city turns into a third world country. The power goes out for weeks, and there is no water. The
breakdown of all authority gets him arrested and he is soon thrown behind bars. Zeitoun should
have evacuated New Orleans with his family for not only did he put his business in front of them,
but also his shortsightedness almost left his children without a father. Zeitoun s belongings and
business items are all replaceable, but a father is not.
Zeitoun s stubbornness blinds him from the true power of the storm for he constantly dismisses
reports on how strong Hurricane Katrina is. A couple of days before the hurricane his wife
decides it is time to leave. She tells him of her plans and he immediately turns her down. As his
wife continues to bring up the idea of evacuating he reminds himself of past hurricane threats, there

Facts About the United States I believe most of us have been to a foreign country at least one
time in his/her life. Visiting other countries during vacation is a typical way to explore new
cultures as well as new places. However, there is no feeling similar to the fact that you are going

God of Carnage Response I saw the central idea of the play was how uncivilized we can be as
humans. Two parents whose children got into a dispute met to talk and got virtually nothing
accomplished. No one was empathetic with the others situation. The Novaks believed Alan and
Annette s son s behavior was caused by their neglect and was the base of the problem. The
Raleighs believed Michael and Veronica s son was too sheltered and the altercation was not a big
deal. For me there were no emotionally moving moments in the play as it was more on the side of

naturally fragmented wetland ecosystem, that has existed since the end of the Pleistocene
(Neuwald 2010). However, due to California s historic four year drought and anthropogenic
changes, the patchy ecological makeup has been aggravated to extreme limits. The habitat loss
and exasperated fragmentation has drastically altered the wetland community and constricted the
riparian habitat to less than 20km2 (Foley 2013). This regime shift has forced the Amargosa vole
to live in small, isolated populations and has left the species vulnerable to disease (Ott Conn et al.
2014; Hess 1996; Morshed et al. 2005), and the effects of genetic drift and inbreeding (Neuwald
2010). Consequently, the altered hydrology has increased the potential of the voles extirpation with
the one year extinction risk as high as 10% (*).
For the successful recovery of an endangered species, accurate monitoring of occupancy and spatial
distribution must be conducted to better understand the factors that limit their occurrence

Small Group Reflection
In the summer of 2013, I participated in the Calvin College Entrada Scholar program, a four week
intensive program for racial ethnic minority high school students to experience college learning and
living while earning college credit. Creating an international community was a huge theme in this
program, students were not allowed to have their computers, games, nor be on their phones.
Another way that the program encouraged community was with small group devotion with students
floormates and designated floor RA.
I remember one week, the theme within the small groups was sharing our narratives. My small
group consisted of a total of nine female students and our RA. Our discussion lasted about 2 hours
that night mainly because our RA established a safe and open environment, she was someone we
loved and trusted within a short time of knowing her.

Our small group was the definition of people that are often marginalized, minority women. I am
not saying that we were not empowered, being in that group alone after hearing everyone
struggles was empowering. However, after our discussion there was no direction to where to go
from there, after opening up. I personally could not look at others the same way after hearing their
stories. A solution would had been a follow up small group discussion before departing from the
program, but with only small group meetings once a week it is difficult to implement this idea. In
addition, I understand that our RA did not have training in social work, mentoring, or psychology,
she was a Speech Path major. In the small group the most we could do was sympathize with each
other, but not truly lift them up and congratulated them in overcoming their hardships and help

Guatemala Mission Trip
The country was foreign, a first for me. Dilapidation and ruin scattered the horizon as far as one
could see. Guatemala is a place where poverty has a strong grasp on its people. We traveled
tirelessly for hours to reach the poorest of the poor. Upon arrival old, young, and natives of all
shapes and sizes formed receiving lines, eager to welcome us with gifts of smiles and gratitude. It
