Microservices: Breaking Apart the Monolith Iron.io
Microservices have transformed the way developers are building and deploying applications in the era of modern cloud infrastructure. Microservices architectures are designed to separate components into discrete functional elements or individual services. Developers benefit from this new model with reduced complexity and increased scalability.
Smaller, more granular compute services which can be developed and deployed independently are easier to maintain, repair, and update. Microservices delivers more agile capabilities so software developers can quickly respond to today's changing environments.
This is part 1 of a series of webinars on Microservices architecture for the modern enterprise. We will start broad and gather a high-level understanding and feel for the architecture using use cases and stories from some of our customers. These techniques can of course be applied whether or not you use the Iron platform to deploy and orchestrate your microservices.

The case study discusses the potential of drone delivery and the challenges that need to be addressed before it becomes widespread.
Key takeaways:
Drone delivery is in its early stages: Amazon's trial in the UK demonstrates the potential for faster deliveries, but it's still limited by regulations and technology.
Regulations are a major hurdle: Safety concerns around drone collisions with airplanes and people have led to restrictions on flight height and location.
Other challenges exist: Who will use drone delivery the most? Is it cost-effective compared to traditional delivery trucks?
Discussion questions:
Managerial challenges: Integrating drones requires planning for new infrastructure, training staff, and navigating regulations. There are also marketing and recruitment considerations specific to this technology.
External forces vary by country: Regulations, consumer acceptance, and infrastructure all differ between countries.
Demographics matter: Younger generations might be more receptive to drone delivery, while older populations might have concerns.
Stakeholders for Amazon: Customers, regulators, aviation authorities, and competitors are all stakeholders. Regulators likely hold the greatest influence as they determine the feasibility of drone delivery.

Goulding Sleep talk for Children ”Consultant” :-
The Goulding SleepTalk® process is the two minute gift you give your children that lasts a lifetime. The Goulding
SleepTalk® process is easy to learn, takes parents only a few minutes daily at bedtime, and it can’t be “done wrong”. It’s
absolutely safe, ethical and positive. SleepTalk® is for people who are looking for a simple, non-intrusive self-esteem and
behavior change process for children that can help parents achieve what they want most – happy children and happy
families.
The process is about developing a child’s emotional resilience, the mind’s firewall, which protects against negative
3. suggestions; much like a firewall on a computer protects it from outside interference and damage.
“Speak well to yourself because your deep mind is always listening.”
“SleepTalk® is an invaluable aid for families and therapists in improving
family attitudes and intimacy. The program is easily and unobtrusively
implemented and can be readily adapted to suit all children and family contexts.”
Transactional Analysis (TA) :-
*Transactional analysis (TA to its adherents), is a psychology idea that humans are social creatures and that a
person is a multi-faceted being that changes when in contact with another person in their world.
At any given time, a person experiences and manifests his or her personality through a mixture of behaviours, thoughts,
and feelings. Typically, according to TA, there are three ego-states that people consistently use:
• 'Parent ("exteropsyche"):' a state in which people behave, feel, and think in response to an unconscious mimicking of
how their parents (or other parental figures) acted, or how they interpreted their parent's actions. For example, a
person may shout at someone out of frustration because they learned from an influential figure in childhood the
lesson that this seemed to be a way of relating that worked.
• 'Adult ("neopsyche"):' a state of the ego which is most like an artificially intelligent system processing information and
making predictions about major emotions that could affect its operation. Learning to strengthen the Adult is a
goal of TA. While a person is in the Adult ego state, he/she is directed towards an objective appraisal of reality.
. Child ("archaeopsyche"):' a state in which people behave, feel, and think similarly to how they did in childhood. For
example, a person who receives a poor evaluation at work may respond by looking at the floor and crying or pouting, as
when scolded as a child. Conversely, a person who receives a good evaluation may respond with a broad smile and a
joyful gesture of thanks. The Child is the source of emotions, creation, recreation, spontaneity, and intimacy.

simple tapping with the fingertips is used to input kinetic energy onto specific meridians on the head and chest while you
think about your specific problem - whether it is a traumatic event, an addiction, pain, etc. -- and voice positive
affirmations.

Emotion Intelligence :- EQ
4. What is Emotional Intelligence?
We all have different personalities, different wants and needs, and different ways of showing our emotions. Navigating
through this all takes tact and cleverness – especially if we hope to succeed in life. This is where EI becomes important.
EI is the ability to recognize your emotions, understand what they're telling you, and realize how your emotions affect people around
you. It also involves your perception of others: when you understand how they feel, this allows you to manage relationships more
effectively.
People with high EI are usually successful in most things they do. Why? Because they're the ones that others want on their team.
When people with high EI send an email, it gets answered. When they need help, they get it. Because they make others feel good,
they go through life much more easily than people who are easily angered or upset.
• Observe how you react to people. Do you rush to judgment before you know all of the facts? Do you stereotype? Look honestly at
how you think and interact with other people. Try to put yourself in their place , and be more open and accepting of their
perspectives and needs.
• Look at your work environment. Do you seek attention for your accomplishments? Humility can be a wonderful quality, and it
doesn't mean that you're shy or lack self-confidence. When you practice humility, you say that you know what you did, and
you can be quietly confident about it. Give others a chance to shine – put the focus on them, and don't worry too much
about getting praise for yourself.
• Do a self-evaluation. What are your weaknesses? Are you willing to accept that you're not perfect and that you could work on
some areas to make yourself a better person? Have the courage to look at yourself honestly – it can change your life.
• Examine how you react to stressful situations. Do you become upset every time there's a delay or something doesn't happen the
way you want? Do you blame others or become angry at them, even when it's not their fault? The ability to stay calm and in
control in difficult situations is highly valued – in the business world and outside it. Keep your emotions under control when
things go wrong.
• Take responsibility for your actions. If you hurt someone's feelings, apologize directly – don't ignore what you did or avoid the
person. People are usually more willing to forgive and forget if you make an honest attempt to make things right.
Examine how your actions will affect others – before you take those actions. If your decision will impact others, put yourself
in their place. How will they feel if you do this? Would you want that experience? If you must take the action, how can you
help others deal with the effects?
