SALT CAKE
INGREDIENTS
Oilt,water,yast,flour,salt
●Mix the water, the oil, the yeast and
the flour in a bowl.
Make a giant ball with the dough.
Make small balls (about 45 cm)
Put the balls on an oven tray.
Strech the balls to give them a long
shape
Let the dough ferment for 20
minutes
After the fermentation. Add some oil
and salt on the dough.
Put the dough in the oven for 45
minutes
