This recipe calls for frozen seafood such as prawns, grated tomato, onion, clove, salt, sweet pepper, food coloring, and olive oil. To make it, heat olive oil in a pot and sauté chopped onion and clove until brown. Add tomato, pepper, salt, food coloring and cook for two minutes. Add fish broth. Fry prawns separately in a pan. Grease a paella pan with oil, add broth and rice, and cook until rice is done. Finally, add the cooked prawns to the rice and serve.
